I have terrible peripheral neuropathy and a uality shoes are a necessity. I have spent thousands on other shoes only to be disappointed after the break in period. However, not my Clarks. Quality and comfort are their best qualities. Love them!

I bought this in May, to further use on my vacation in September. I wore this pair of shoes only once and started to notice that the rubber sole was started to separate from the leather upper. I really like the wallabees, but I am disappointed in these shoes.

Love these maple suede Wallabees. Like that it has a black crepe sole. The clear crepe sole tends to dirty over time. It's what sold me. Not to mention the laces go well with the color scheme. I own quite a few pair of Clarks and this shoe is one my favorites. Good job whoever came up with idea of the black sole.

The leather and make of this solid leather BEAST, is on point yo. doesnt even need the shoe tree it stays that well formed, gorgeous with the darker brown insoles, very impressed

I have worn these shoes since the 70's and have never been disappointed until now.
The first pair had to be returned because they were too small, the second pair DIG into my ankles so bad when i step that i can't wear them.
I don't know what has happened in the last 2 years since i bought a pair of these but whatever it is isn't good.

Do not, i repeat,do not go a full size and a half down...for example,if you’re a size 10,do not go to an 8.5....a full size AT THE MOST,but i would recommend a half size smaller. I just bought a pair,in a size 9 and i wear a size 10.5...they are way too small.

Before this point I was a huge fan of Clarks and would have recommended their shoe openly. I own many pairs of their shoes, and had never had an issue until this point. I received these as a gift and the sizing was a bit too big. This felt like a normal thing to happen and I thought it would be an easy thing to fix. I attempted to go through the return process and I kept (and continue to keep) receiving a stock reply. It has been at least a month and I have gotten to the point where I will never shop this brand again. No matter what I do, I cannot find a way to simply exchange for a smaller size. I have even messaged their individual stores and they will not give me a real answer. I will never shop here again or recommend this brand. I am at a loss for why a brand would treat a customer this way and am just stuck with a misfitting shoe for no reason other than horrible customer service.
