I bought these for work. I work in a clinic setting where I am on my feet for 8+ hours per day running around from room to room. I chose these mostly because of their subtlety black business casual style and the fact that you can't tell they're Crocs. But, this review is only for the fitting/size as I have not had enough experience wearing them yet to comment on their comfort under long work hours. I am usually 9, 9.5, or 10 depending on the shoe. I ordered these in a 10 but they were a full size too big. Tried on a 9 in store and it fit well with even some wiggle room, so they def run big. From walking around in the store they seemed comfortable and because of the rubber material, will be easy to break-in and mold to my feet. Looking forward to seeing how these work over the next few weeks.

Not bad for a shoe at this price. Not as comfortable as some of the Croc sandals I own. It fits like a lot of other ballet flats I have tried. Rubs a bit tight right on top of my bunion so I don't wear them for long hours or walking.

These shoes are too wide for me and do not fit close to my foot. I ordered them because I love the style and I have received previously other Crocs (both the same model) and one fits me well. I'm just in the process of returning it because it is not the color I need and exchanging the pair that is too small for me for a pair in the same color but in my size. Your job is really not easy! Plus I do not have access to a printer and must wait for a label! I appreciate your patience.

I am an elementary school teacher, and these shoes are perfect. They look professional enough and keep my feet and back from aching at the end of the day. The only downside is that if you wear them without tights or socks, your feet will sweat profusely. I don't have sweaty feet but in these shoes, I do.

I was a bit nervous about this purchase because flats are so uncomfortable for me. I am a waitress and needed shoes that were comfortable, cute, and could handle a LOT of wear/tear. These ended up being exactly what I needed! The rubber is still holding up (after possibly wearing these for over 100 hours so far), still in good condition, and are easy to clean. They do not have great arch support, but even while on my feet for 15 hours straight I am in no pain. It did take about 3 or 4 wears to break them in and stop getting blisters. But now they are great and I would recommend them to waitresses and any other individual who is constantly on their feet and wants something cuter than clogs. :)

I wear a size 5 Medium, which is not very easy to find. This shoe is comfortable and cute. It fits well.

I'm stunned that these are Crocs. They are comfortable, the toe is cute, and I'm hopeful that after wearing them a few times, they'll form to my feet. My complaints would be with Crocs (not with Zappos), and that's that a 7.5 feels like it would be perfect in this shoe...which they don't offer. I went with a 7, which is on the edge of too short, but an 8 would be too big. Wish there was a happy medium. I got these for future travels. Crocs are comfortable, but ugly as all get out. My hope is that these will be a happy medium, comfortable, plus lightweight, plus water proof. They are, after all, still rubber.

Comfy shoe, cute and works with many outfits! I have a pair of Crocs heels and these flats are just as comfortable!

These are very pretty flats, and they fit well and are comfortable. My teen-aged daughter was like, "Those are Crocs?!" because they look so stylish. I got them for rainy summer days. I wouldn't want to wear them all day, though; they do make your feet sweat!

I have two other pairs of different styles of Crocs flats which are very comfortable and don't look like traditional Crocs. These are comfortable on the bottoms of my feet, but took a few wears to break in, unlike the other styles which were pretty comfortable from the start. They were really pinching the tops of my toes the first 3 or 4 times I wore them. Now that they are broken in they are very comfortable and look like regular flats. These are probably the most stylish of the ones I've gotten so far. Perfect for wearing comfortable shoes in an office environment. The Alice Work style is also good. I found that the Kadee style was too soft and wore out on the bottoms fairly quickly.

Crocs is my go-to brand for comfortable shoes that allow me to walk for miles. The footbed is as comfortable as I expected it to be, but, the top of the shoe rubs on the top of my foot. I have worn them a few times to break them in and the rubbing is not as bad as it was when I first put them on, but it is still an issue. These shoes look dressier than normal Crocs, so they're great for a business casual work environment.

I really liked these shoes because not only are they the cutest comfortable shoes I've ever owned, but they weren't too expensive either. The problem is I usually wear a 6.5 or a 7 and have a wide foot, so I figured I would be okay to order the 7. When it came it felt larger than a 7 but the width felt great. I tried walking around in them but my feet kept slipping out. I think a 6.5 would be perfect but Zappos doesn't carry it (or either it's not made in 6.5). Alas, I will have to send them back!

These are very cute flats and comfortable. I never thought I would like Crocs but this is my fourth pair! They don't have quite as much support as the wedge sandals--but more than others I have tried!

I love the looks of these Crocs, but they are tighter across the toes than my other pairs, and because of the cap, I do not think they will stretch and conform. I tried a size bigger, but I just walked out of those. Too bad.

I had to return this item because the toe box is too narrow for me. Also, the bumpy insole really hurts my feet. (I have sensitive feet which is why I love Crocs!) I put a squishy insole in my other Crocs, but I could not get one in these shoes.

I love these shoes! They are so comfy and beautiful. I love that they don't look like traditional crocs! I wear these in the office. The only con is that it "farts" when I walk (only the left shoe - go figure). I don't want to return the shoe for that reason, so I'm trying to figure out how to fix the "farts" problem.

They look great! These are VERY comfortable and true to size. The only negative is that if your feet get sweaty they tend to 'squeak' and make small noises.

OMG so cute! I have been buying Crocs ever since they started coming out with all their cute flats. These cap toe flats are super cute. And add some casual fancyness to your outfit. I bought the white and the all black ones The toe area is narrower than other Crocs flats; slightly pointed. They feel a little tight in there but when you're walking you can't really tell. Plus I'm sure they will stretch out a bit after they are broken in a little. I've only worn for one day and was sitting most of the time. The "patent leather" looking toe cap accent is a nice touch but is a totally different material than the shoe. I sort of wish it wasn't a shiny and delicate material. I know I'm gonna end up gouging or scuffing it and hating my life. I hope I get some good use out of them before the inevitable. If they made the same style shoe but use the usual type of Croc material for the cap too, I would buy the heck out of them. Red ones would be nice too.

These were cute and mostly comfy, except the toe area felt too snug. I returned my regular size nine but will re-order with a 9W because they looked good and were comfy except for the tight toe area. I was thinking that, since they were Crocs I wouldn't need a Wide but I do

They felt great the first time I put them on, but rubbed my feet raw the next two times I wore them. At least with a leather shoe you know they'd be able to stretch out, but not these. Had to return them.

The shoes looked great and the cushiony heel was awesome!! Probably the most comfortable heel I've ever worn. But, I had to return them because they rubbed and hurt my toes.

These are comfortable and certainly don't pinch or rub. But my feet feel tired after wearing them for a long time due to the lack of support. They are a decent "commuting shoe".

This shoe is ok. It's pretty comfortable with out socks, but very uncomfortable with socks. So it's definitely more of a warm weather shoe. I think the style is cute and I kept them for the price. I wear a 6 or 6.5 and the 6 fit fine.

I was excited when I saw this comfy dressy shoe. I have to carry heavy equipment while dressed up fancy for work. But, the styling is off. It's too too wide.I do have other Croc flats that are perfect, but these are stiff and too thereputic looking. Too bad.
