Narrow across toe. Loud clicking heel. I expected quiet flexible sole. I’m going to try a 10.5 because although for this price the boots should be perfect, I can never find narrow shaft boots and these actually are. The insole is not much better than any other boots. I’m disappointed as my search continues for a truly comfortable boot. My feet are flat, I need a good arch or to be able to insert my orthotics. Large size boots are always loose and not tall in the toes enough for inserts. It’s maddening!

I was really looking forward to wearing this pair of boots. Due to plantar fasciitis, it’s been a challenge to find shoes which do not cause pain, especially boots. Needed boots for cold weather travelling, so I had high hopes for them since they come in wide. I was greatly disappointed when they arrived. The toe box was too tight despite being wide width, yet the top shaft was too loose for my calf. It was more like wide calf rather than wide toe box. In addition, I was sent a wrong colour. I really hope Aetrex would make boots in real wide feet. I’m currently wearing Aetrex Bethany sandals and love the width and comfort. I hope Aetrex is listening!

I had high hopes in these boots, since it’s not easy to find boots for small calves and wide feet. Unfortunately, these were way too large around the calf. (I’m 5’7”, 107lbs). They were uncomfortable to put on as well. I’m returning them.

These boots are amazing for a narrow calf. So many "regular calf" boots are huge on me, and these fit me like a glove! I was concerned about them having two tones based on other reviewers and others photos, but the two colors are very similar, and it does not look bad. The fabric on the back part of the boot is very comfortable. They are not the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, but they are not terrible, and they have removable insoles that I took out and put in Dr. Scholls insoles, and they are very good now.

It’s a Christmas miracle. After years of searching I have found the boot that fits my 13 inch calf. Perfectly fitted against my calf. No gap at all. Buckle at ankle is nice touch so it looks fitted there too. Was hoping for suede boots but these fit so fabulously I’ll sacrifice the suede. I’m normally a 7 and these fit True to size. For reference I’m 5’5” and these also hit at a nice point below my knee.

These boots have a great quality leather and sturdy sole. They run about a half size too big but are beautiful when u get the right size. They are a little snug when taking them off but well worth it!

These boots are great for people (like me) with narrow calves who find themselves swimming in most boots. I have 13-inch calves, and the fit is snug -- not tight, not loose. Just right. And you can tighten them further with the adjustable strap at the top if you need to. They look great and are super, super comfortable right out of the box. Not only that, they make a size 10.5, which almost nobody does, so I don't have to wear an extra pair of socks to get them to fit right. This is now my go-to brown boot!

These boots are well made. I bought them because I have thinner legs and although they are more snug than most boots they are just too stiff to make my legs look good. A bit too bulky for someone like me who is very petite. The 2 small buckles give too much bulk for me.Beautiful boots though.

These are some of my favorite day-to-day boots. They did scuff easily, so make sure that you are careful with them. Otherwise they are comfortable, easy to walk in - even for walking in the city! Super comfortable with the arch support and not too high of a heel. Perfect boots for me!

I love these boots. I get a ton of compliments and I love how they aren't gaping at the top of my calf.

It is wonderful to find boots that don't gap on my small to medium size calves. The boots are very sharp looking. The leather is a bit stiff, but I'm hoping it will soften up as they're broken in. I have a somewhat narrow foot. The heel slips a bit, but the ankle strap keeps it snug enough that I'm not slipping all over.

For once I have boots for my skinny legs. Very comfortable fit.

Got these for my high school age daughter. He likes the look. Classic. Had trouble with other boots bc the calf’s were always to wide..these thankfully have smaller calf holes which is what we were needing.

Love these boots! The foot bed is padded and really soft. The fit is perfect, very comfortable. The calf is more narrow and not a floppy, which looks much better on skinny legs.

I have a wide foot and use orthotic insoles. These boots are perfect. I get lots of compliments on them.

Happy to find a slim and attractive riding style boot that’s also somewhat rugged. These will be my go-to tall boots for fall into winter. Like other petite reviewers, I am happy to find riding style boots with a just right 14” shaft that hugs my calves stylishly with no gapping. Thrilled to find this level of quality and style for the price. The knit back of the shaft doesn’t look or feel poor quality but there’s a slight concern it could snag. The pair I received fits slightly narrow for a standard M width, especially on one foot. I won’t be able to wear them with thick socks but the fit is not small enough to return. Will consider sizing up when I buy my next pair.

Like these a lot! I have trouble finding boots for my scrawny calves and these work great! I like the fabric material on the back part, makes them feel warmer. Overall great boot for the skinny legged gal!

This boot fits a narrow calf. I am 5'11" and have very long, thin calves. I have been unable to find a boot that doesn't gape on top even with an adjustable buckle. This still gapes but just a little, much better than any other boot. It is adjustable so don't take this to mean it would not fit you if you don't have thin calves. The style is cute and it's comfortable and it doesn't have a huge heel, which is great when you are already tall.

Wanted to keep these so much, but alas too narrow in the toe box, even in the wide width. Nice looking and comfortable otherwise. Particularly liked that the shaft relatively form fitting-- most boots too wide in the calf for me.

I love these boots. I have had a difficult time trying to find boots that fit me around the calves. Usually, the shaft of the boot is too large around the calf. I look like a small girl who is trying to wear her dad's boots. But these fit very snugly around the ankle and the calves. Also, they are not too tall in the shaft. They hit me just below the knee instead of at the knee. Which is great if you are a petite person like me. And they get more comfortable the more I wear them. Thinking about ordering in other colors.

These boots are sooooo comfortable, I just didn't like the placement of the bottom strap (I'm picky), so I returned them. I'm currently trying to find another style in this same brand.

These boots are very cute, but they are also very small around the calfs...and that is coming from someone that has small calfs and looks for boots that are narrower up top so it doesn't look like I am swimming in them. Unfortunately, these were so narrow that they are going back..

FINALLY!!! I always have problems finding boots that don't look like both my legs can fit in one boot. These actually fit my calfs great and are comfortable. Some people have mentioned in previous reviews that they are hard to get on, which is not true. If you zip the side zipper down my foot slid right in. Best boots I have bought in a long time.
