For those wondering why these are tight/long, they are designed for surfing where you want a tight fit and for the rash guard not to ride up and expose your stomach.

It's snug... like REALLY snug. I should've heeded the warnings in the comments. Order a size up because there isn't much stretch as you might be used to with other rash guards. The material is strong and would be great if I could take normal breaths while wearing it.

Runs two sizes small in order to breath comfortable

These are meant to be tight, but they'll still surprise you. I go up a size from a L to a XL (I'm 6'1" 190lbs). They're still not my favorite thing to put on, but you forget about them once you get going. If you're looking for something (considerably) looser, grab a rashguard from Hurley. They're very different. I have several of each.

Ordered this for my husband, to use for a little extra warmth and sun protection while water skiing. It arrived yesterday and he loves it! He said it is very comfortable, and "feels like I'm just wearing my skin." I love the graphite color. Definitely do order a size up, he usually wears a small (he's 5' 10" and about 150lbs) but I ordered a medium in this and it's snug, as it's supposed to be.

Ordered this for my husband to wear when he goes swimming. It was wayyyy too tight he didn't like it.

Waaay too tight. The size description says "S (5'8"-5'10", 135-155 LBS)". My son is tall and super-thin: he's 5'10" and weighs 105 lbs and has the hips of a small child. This shirt was too tight in the hips (too tight all over, really, but particularly in the hips). I seriously have no idea what human being this would fit. If you're determined to try this shirt, order a size or two bigger.

Nice shirt but the sizing is way off. I am 5'11" 170 lbs. I bought a Large and couldn't get it over my shoulders. WAY WAY Too small.

This swim shirt was very oddly proportioned. It was long and too tight, especially around the waist/hips--on my son who is 5'10" and weighs 110. I have no idea who it would fit.
