This was my first pair of Danskos. I just don't get Dansko's sizing system. The first pair ordered were 9.5-10 - way too big. So I exchanged for 8-9, way too small. Why don't they make a 9-9.5, that probably would have fit. Other than that disappointment they were comfortable as far as footbed and arch support, not to mention very cute and stylish. Zappos is awesome to do business with!

For a Dansko boot, this did not have the quality construction or adequate arch support that comes with the brand. Last year's Aurora boot was better quality and it had great arch support. I had to return this one, which is hardly the case for a Dansko.

I bought the black one. Horrible! The toe part scratched and came off after a few times. It was as if the were made out of paper! I am very disappointed with the quality for Dansko lately.
