I just purchased these at a regular shoe store, but since I buy a lot from Zappos will probably buy my next pair through the website. So far they are the BEST shoes I've EVER worn! I have flat feet (a podiatrist once said you could draw lines with my feet) and bunions, so my feet are nearly impossible to fit. I tried on a pair of Brooks Ariel because they were recommended on a website for flat feet and bunions. They fit well and I was going to buy them, but my boyfriend suggested I try another pair or two for comparison. Thank heavens I did! I've already done some significant walking in them and for the first time in years, my knees don't hurt walking upstairs! I'm hooked and I PRAY they keep making these shoes!

These shoes have been a foot saver for me! I started out reading reviews on running websites, in search of a shoe for heavier runners, and these were one of the recommended. I have been wearing them for my "plogging," and they have been great. No sore feet, arches are well supported. I have also used them for work, where I am on my feet for pretty much 8 solid hours. No more achy feet or knees. My usual option of New Balance were just not making it for some reason. I wear a wide shoe, and they were true to fit. I always appreciate the selection of shoes available from Zappos. Service remains A-1.

It's a very nice shoe, but it didn`t quite give me as much support as the New Balance shoe for the severe pronator.
I'd also recommend:

I searched for a long time before ordering these shoes. I tried 2 other types of running shoes, and no luck. I have a lot of arthritic foot pain, and use orthotics. These shoes are the best for me. I appreciate the reviews, and someone else's review got me to try these. I bought a half size larger, since my feet have changed over the years. I bought a wide width and it's worked out well. Excellent service from Zappos.

Lighter but quality lacks compared to CS2. CS2 is more comfortable and materials used are higher quality. Stitching is not too good on CS3.

Love the shoe. Perfect blend of comfort and stability. I found it to be true to size also.

Most comfortable running/workout shoe I've ever owned. Arch support is excellent. My whole body feels properly aligned when I wear these shoes. I bought a new pair of another (more attractive) style of Saucony athletic shoes that were on sale, wore them to workout yesterday, and could immediately tell the difference in alignment and stability. Wow. Why do they have to be so ugly? The huge white glob on the inside just seems to scream "old lady in orthotics" to me. I think they could have been more creative in disguising the arch support. I don't know what to do. The pair I have now are getting old and are ready to become around the house/mow the lawn shoes. I need a replacement, but these are so ugly. But they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Dilemma.

Toe box a bit narrower at the tip of the shoe. Is half size smaller. Although excellent arch support. Will be returning shoes.

I was prescribed these by my doctor for chronic tendonitis, flat feet and bunion pain. Although not the most attractive shoe I've ever worn, I have to admit they have greatly diminished the pain I was suffering. As an unexpected bonus, knee pain from arthritis is also greatly reduced. I wish these came in a darker/more neutral color. Perhaps that sounds vain considering what they DO, but bright Turquoise does not comprise most of my wardrobe and these are so *bright* they stick out like a sore thumb. Also, if you get any dirt spots on the white mesh part on top, they are REALLY hard to remove. My dream shoe would be these in an all-over or mostly dark/navy blue(including the mesh). I don't consider deep pink much of an alternative from a fashion standpoint. (Are you listening, Saucony?)

Really wanted to like this shoe, but after wearing them in the house with and without my orthotic inserts for several hours, the sides of my heels started to hurt and become really uncomfortable. Will have to try a different shoe that doesn't have as much padding around the heel area so I can wear my inserts. I have wide feet and plantar fasciitis so I have to be able to wear shoes without pain!

Very poor quality of construction. Frayed edges, uneven cut above tongue of shoe...awful product. Saucony workmanship has truly diminished over the years.

Had to return these - my family laughed at me! The instep of the shoe makes you look like you're wearing orthotics! Actually, they were quite comfortable -- very good cushioning and arch support, and wide in the toe....but take a look at the image of the inside edge of the shoe before you buy. This image doesn't even quite convey how high this edge of the sole is. Looks funny. Makes it comfortable, but it looks funny.

This shoe has great stability, but it's stiff and lacks cushioning. I'm sending them back. Too bad, because I do love the color! But at this price, I shouldn't have to buy separate support inserts.

I've been running in Saucony Grid Stabils for over 12 years. I've had countless pairs. This 'new' CS3 gave me shin splints for the first time in over a decade. These are not the same as the CS2's. If you need a shoe for motion control and have been happy with previous versions of this shoe, buyer beware. The Saucony website has similar reviews for this version.
