I have had lots of luck with Saucony shoes, especially the Kinvara. They are comfortable, light and easy to wear. They are not hot on the feet.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Kinvara 4's! This is my third pair and I use them for my daily trainer, track sessions, as well as my race shoe. I run 5 days a week and 50-60 miles at my peak of training. The Kinvara 4's are light, flexible and provides ample support. I have ran 5k-marathon distance and I prefer to use these for any distance up to half marathon. Once up to marathon distance I prefer a shoe with more cushion.

I originally had two Kinvara 2's because I liked them so much. Skipped over the 3. this is my new favorite running shoe. Minimal enough, light, snug. On 2 the forefoot box was a little too open for me, and this one feels nice and snug. My feet are really comfortable. Not much arch support, which is good if you are transitioning to more forefoot running.

This is a very good road shoe that will endure moderate to longer distances for more serious running. It well represents what it aims to be: a lightweight running shoe, with a minimal drop, but the strength and support needed to perform on longer runs. I aim to do a half with these and they seem best for any road running up to 13 miles. Nice support in the achilles heel for me. The little off-trail work I've done in them though, tells me that these do not have the strength to be trail shoes. On a personal note, I switched to these from the Brooks Pure Connect 2. The Connect 2's are very consistent shoes (and seem like they can go the distance in full marathons). But they take some getting used to, and are not for everyone. I found the arch too high, and the toe box too narrow. I've seen reviews where runners called out the narrow toe box of the Kinvara 4, but if you do not have particularly wide feet, these are comfortable in front, and true size. Great shoes to have as part of your line-up. They're relatively new and have held up on a few longer runs, and if they continue to hold up, I'll be getting another pair.

I love these shoes. They are very lightweight with a well cushioned innersole. I've owned many different brands of running and walking shoes over the years, but have found these to be the most comfortable.

Great, simple, lightweight running shoes! About 8 years ago, I tried a pair of Saucony running shoes and that's all I've been buying since. I switched from Asics; Saucony offers the best combination of stability and cushion, light-weight with good durability. A few years ago, I tried the first generation Kinvara, and now I simply buy the the newest generation in the same size, online when the time comes. I look for the best price, and the greenest ones I can find; Zappos usually has both. Not only did they have the best price, but it included free shipping, and it arrived at my door in 2-3 days!

Great shoe. Prior to these I ran in Merrell Trail Gloves for 1.5 years. The Saucony's are much more comfortable on the trail, soft without being squishy. Comfy on the road and the track too!

There is nothing else to say other than this is the best service ever. And this is coming from a guy that expects good service everywhere. No one can top Zappos. First pair were a bit tight but do run true to size, I returned them for a 1/2 larger. Again - best service anywhere.

Great all around shoe. I run about 70-90 miles per week depending on the season and these things can handle it no problem! Very comfortable. Light and flashy. And I feel like the shoes were on my doorstep before I could even click 'checkout'...thanks Zappos for being so fast!

A great minimalist shoe! I really enjoy wearing this shoe for longer hikes, as it offers a little more protection/padding than my vibrams. Even with part of the back of the shoe chewed off (courtesy of our lab puppy), it feels great. Will be getting another pair soon.

Great shoe. I also love the Kinvara TR. I run about 20 miles a week and really like this shoe. I had been running in the Progrid 3 and liked it but did get a little soreness on the inside of my big toes. This shoe has been fantastic. I am a forefoot striker so I don't really care about arch support. I have a normal arch with neutral alignment.

I have really wide feet but as most know many of the shoes on zappos.com are sold out in wide. These shoes still fit awesomely because of the flex film. I just tried them on and they look and feel amazing! They are super light!

Great product for me. Good balance between lightness, firmness, spring, comfort and low drop. This is my fourth Kinvara (2,3,4)and second Kinvara 4. As a first time qualifier for Boston in my previous pair. This is the pair I will run in in April.

Outstanding. Prefer to do all my business with Zappos. The product is what's pictured and the only way it would have gotten to my house faster was by using a drone. Ordered the shoes late in the afternoon and they were delivered before noon the next day. The quality and price are wonderful, but the customer service is out of this world. Thanks Zappos. My preferred place to shop.

Saucony has kept improving the Kinvara generation after generation. The 4 is my favorite thus far. This shoe is light, durable, and most importantly, comfortable. I put over 500 miles on my K3's and expect to be able to do the same with my K4's.

Great Lightweight Running shoe. Really enjoyed the Kinvara 3. I feel the 4s are a tad bit longer than the 3s, but I still kept with my original size. I will probably continue to buy this model.

Great shoe. I have been wearing the Kinvaras, ever since the first one came out...keep re-ordering as I like it for many reasons. Fast, light, just the right amount of support.

I was looking for a go-to road shoe for morning runs around my neighborhood with some brief dirt and gravel trails along the way. My preference is 4mm drop in running shoes and after reading some good reviews I thought I'd give these a try. The Kinvara 4 is fast and light with solid tread and good ground feel. The don't feel spongy or overly cushioned and are designed for mid/forefoot strike and quick foot turn over. I really like the shoes, they help me pay attention to my form. The size and fit is good, flat laces help with foot comfort and the traction is good on sloppy and we roads, sidewalks and even confident on the trails. The PowerGrid system on the sole of the shoe seems to deliver as promised. I think I would prefer a more cusioned feel on a run longer than ten miles, but I'm really happy with these for my roll out of bed and run around the neighborhood shoe. If you aren't used to a 4mm drop shoe this could take some getting used to but I've transitioned to 4mm in all my road and trail shoes and after a couple months of my body getting used to forefoot striking I'm running much happier and injury free. Traditional running shoes with 12-14mm heel to toe drop were really bothering my knees. It's personal preference but for me taking the time to change form and develop better muscles in my feet and legs has paid off. 4mm seems to be the sweet spot for me and I actually look forward to putting these shoes on for my morning run.

Fantastic shoe. My first experience with a lighter running shoe, and aside from my feet adjusting to it on my first run (in the form of a couple blisters) is perfect. I don't have any special support needs, so this shoe suits me fine. Very light, flexible, and comfortable.

I ran in Brooks PureConnect shoes for three years but the newer Connect 2 is clunky -- so I changed to the Kinvera4. I'm now on my fourth pair and think they're the best combination of what I want on the market. They're a neutral minimalist shoe with slightly more cushion than other minimalist models -- perfect for me. I've always liked the Saucony sole design -- to me they feel fast and the foot strike almost adds power. So the combination of the perfect upper and fantastic sole design makes this the best training and racing shoe on the market, for my money...(plus they're less ugly than 99% of the running shoes out there!).

I have been running for many years but typically focus on longer distance events (half marathon, marathon, and triathlon distances such as half and full Ironman). I usually use a "heavier" training shoe that gives more support, but after talking to my coach and several other athletes, I decided to branch into racing flats. I typically use this shoe for speed workouts on the track, and any race 13 miles or shorter. The shoe fits great, although I find it a little narrow. It's very lightweight, flexible, and compact, and has endured well so far. I'm very pleased with my selection and it complements my Brooks Glycerins very nicely. I am told the life expectancy is around 200 miles but have not gotten anywhere near that mileage. I definitely do not recommend an entire trail run in these as the soles feel thin, although a run involving dirt and pavement didn't seem to bother me as much.

I've been wearing Saucony shoes for many years and the Kinvara line is by far my favorite style. Its a very light shoe, with the right amount of support for HIIT workouts (Insanity, P90X) as well as long distance running. Its comfortable and relatively cool (temperature wise), but with arch support I need to avoid foot pain. I struggled with plantar fasciitis for a long time and switching to Saucony solved this issue for me completely.

I've been transition from heel-to-toe running to up-on-the-toe running and these shoes are making the transition easier. They are lightweight, breath well, and have great cushioning. Looks like they will make 500 miles easy. They also have a one-piece bottom, so having rocks get stuck in them is not an issue like the previous Saucony model I've had. I've ran 7000 miles in Saucony shoes and these shoes are quality. The option for Idaho Vandal colors are a win as well.
