I bought these shoes to replace a previous pair of keens. They are very comfortable. My toes are wide but my heels are narrow. These do not slip off at the heel. I can happily wear them all day.

LOVE. Got them yesterday and wore them to work today. I am a teacher, stand all day and they are love at first wear. Keen does not disappoint.

Simply the most instantly comfortable flats I've ever had!! Especially for my wide feet with high arches- and the support for walking is much better than one would think considering the light weight and thinner sole- Thank you Keen-

I love these shoes. My first pair were the Keen Sienna in canvas. I had them for 4 years before the elastic finally wore out. I walked all over India in them for 3 weeks, and I also wear them commuting on the metro at home. The soles are thick enough to keep one from feeling every pebble under one's foot but flexible enough to be very comfortable. The leather pair that just arrived seems like it will take a bit longer to break in than the canvas ones, but it's fall. I'll just wear socks with them for a few weeks. One thing to note: the insoles are different than in my old canvas pair. Much squishier, memory foam style rather than dense hemp+rubber composite.

My first pair of Keens fit so comfortably that I knew my next pair would have to be Keens again. These are a dressier shoe and much lighter to wear, but perfect for summer weather we have in California. They are totally comfy and I am very satisfied with your immediate response when I needed them in a larger size. Zappos - you are my favorite shoe store. Thank you!

I love these shoes! This is my second pair (I have been wearing them for almost 10 years now).

These shoes are absolutely great - everything you want from Keens (light weight, good support, made to last, sturdy materials) with a little bit of fun and style thrown in (great red color,cute stretchy strap). These are my new go to shoes, stepping things up a bit over my former go-to red sneakers (Chuck Taylors). These go with a much wider array of outfits (leggings / jeans / skirts) and follow me all the way from the school drop off line with the kids to my office (ad agency feel / funky business casual environment). Did I mention they are light weight? Flats with arch support!? Swoon. Keens, you have created a real winner!

Finally found shoes to replace my Munro Haley American! It has the perfect amount of arch support for my feet I have a higher than average arch and all the other shoes I've tried did not work. I Stand up anywhere from 4-16 hours a day and need shoes like these!

Love the feeling of confidence ordering from Zappo's gives me because of the flexible return policy. I have these shoes in Sienna (brown).Because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, I ordered another pair for my Fall cruise--plan to do a lot of walking. I intended to order black, but saw this color. I knew if I didn't like the color upon receipt, it would be easy to exchange them for black. They aren't exactly the color shown, but I like the color even better, so will be keeping them.

I love these shoes. I wore them all day right out of the box and they were so comfortable. I did put some inserts in the footbed for added support but I do that with all my flat shoes including sneakers as I have flat feet. I recommend these for style and comfort. I am taking them on my 3 week vacation to Australia and think they will be perfect for city walking and even looking cute with a dress for dining out.

I am a confirmed lover of Birkenstocks, but need a little variety and increased coverage for cold weather. These are wonderful! A little dressier than Birkis but casual enough for my life style. Very comfy right out of the box.

Really cute and comfortable shoes. They feel like a ballet slipper yet look hip and trendy. I am tempted to buy in another color.

I'm a huge fan of Keen for many years. Their footwear doesn't wear out!! They just get better with age. Bought this style for a trip abroad. Superlight, yet the sole and footbed are very bouncy. If you need major arch support, these are not for you, unless you add orthotics. These are super comfy ballet flats. Sporty, but fine for more formal occasions like going to dinner. These are very well made. Fit is snug before break in. These are exactly my 9.5 M size.

These are so comfortable and they look cute, even in size 11! Bought these based on customer reviews and I'm glad I did. One caveat, if your 2nd toe is longer than your big toe, it will touch the end of the shoe. I'm used to that, but might be a problem for others.

These are very comfortable shoes...love them and Zappos return policy makes it no problem if you don't get the right size the first time. Very efficient return system.

I really like the style of these shoes--they are like ballerina flats and the elastic keeps them on without slipping. The footbed is comfortable and similar to tennis shoes. I've walked miles in Keen shoes without blisters. The first pair I returned because the right shoe elastic was too loose, but Zappos great customer service sent another pair and the elastic was snug and they fit fine. Great for casual or the office. I will definitely keep these!

I wore Born shoes before I bought these. They are super comfortable. I have a wide foot, size 10. I have plenty of room in the toes, yet the shoe narrows at the middle of the foot holding everything in place. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the fact that they cut into the top of my foot for the first couple of days while I was breaking them in. They fit perfectly now. I'm heading to Europe in the fall and plan on wearing these to walk around. Love them!

I love these shoes so much, When I thought I lost them I immediately ordered another pair just like them. Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I also have two other pairs like these only in different color. Please don't ever let them go.

Shoe is very cute and ran true to size. However I have a tendency to pronation, and this shoe pushed me further inward. Perfect for normal or supination.

I love this shoe. I am on my feet all day and need a shoe that lets my whole foot feel the ground so I can develop sadly neglected foot and arch muscles. After wearing all day I feel as though I have walked barefoot: my feet feel worked and alive. This is good for the arch. I did slide my 3/4 length custom orthotic beneath the stock insole for added arch support and this is ideal for me. They will be a wonderful summer feminine shoe that I can slip those tiny no-see socks into. An ideal alternative to an open toe shoe that I cannot wear due to my role in the medical profession.

I LOVE MY NEW SHOES! They are too cute! Fit right out of the box! Makes my clodhopper 10.5 look small! I'm short so I hate when it looks like I have two clown feet. But these definitely don't do that. I only wish they had my size in black because I want another pair. Keens are my go to shoes. Always fit my wide flat feet (army boots ruined my feet...lol). I need the support. Yes, they are pricey but cheap shoes will ruin your back over time. Came super fast, free shipping, can't beat that! Thanks, Zappos!

This is a great, comfortable ballet-flat, durable material. I can wear them every day in town and also go on a dirt or gravel trail without worrying I'll damage the shoes or my feet! I have wider feet, and Keen really works well for me.

These shoes are so comfortable. I love that I can take out the inner soles and fit in my orthotics - cute and practical! Reading some of the reviews I ordered my typical size and a half size up and found that though I usually wear an 8, I needed the 8.5 in this shoe.

My feet were so happy to slip these shoes on! They are so comfortable, no breaking in needed. They are for casual wear, in my mind. The Siennas are beautifully made and draw many comments from others. I love them!

I love these shoes. I wear them for house shoes and to work with casual dresses/skirts. These are not a thick stiff leather, there is no breaking in. You can't feel the arches; however, the support is perfect.
