Very disappointed with these boots. I bought Kamik boots for my son last year and was very pleased so I bought these. The tongue did not stay in place with the Velcro closure and flipped down almost immediately. My son would get tons of snow in his boot and have cold ankles and feet. Not worth the ease of getting on. Bought Boggs to replace them.

I wanted to love these boots because they seemed so practical and easy for a 3 year old to put on themselves. Unfortunately, the top shaft of the boot is not waterproof and the velcro closure is not substantial enough to keep the boots closed and keep the snow out. So, they are always falling off and getting snow in them.

I normally love Kamik but I really did not like these boots for my son at all! There really is not much of a shaft so you cannot tuck your child's pants in and the bottoms of my three year old son's pants were always wet and snowy. Even with snow pants he would still have snow on his pants! We had a different type of Kamiks the year before and loved them. This type of closure is meant to be an easy on and off for your little one but that does not work in my opinion.
