I am so disappointed with these shoes. I have an older pair of Born Crown pumps that are the most comfortable shoes I own despite the high heels, so I felt confident buying these online thinking they would be the same quality. They are so uncomfortable that I can't wear them. They scrape my ankles and don't have enough support. When I compare them side-by-side to the older pair they clearly have less lining/padding on the inside. Unfortunately I absentmindedly threw out the box before trying them on, so I can't send them back.

These were very cute shoes but my heel slipped out badly even with an insert. A half size smaller would probably still be too wide so I sent them back and will continue my search for a comfortable black pump.

I must have received a mis-marked pair. They were much smaller than expected. I compared them to other Born shoes and they were a full inch shorter. Still, I didn't ask for the next size up because they might be too big.

I thought I was going crazy until I put these shoes up against another pair from the Born brand. These are a full inch and a half shorter in length. That makes absolutely no sense. Therefore I'm not even going to try them in the next size up because they would still likely be too small. A shame as they look like they have good support and a reasonable heel. Very disappointed.

These shoes are very comfortable. The only issue I have is that every time you bump them against a chair leg or desk the color comes off the shoes. Because of this I am limited to wearing these shoes with longs slacks.

I will have to return my Size 9s for maybe 9.5 or 9wide. I'm a regular size 9 but my toes squeeze in these. The length of the shoes seem fine so I assume they fit kind of narrow. I don't know what went wrong.

I really wanted to like these but they're too small in the toe while simultaneously too big at the heel. They pinched my toes while slipping off my heels as I walked.
