I like the style but the shoes hurt my feet. I love my black pair I ordered from Clarks. They don't hurt at all. So I wanted another pair in brown. They didn't have my size. I saw Zappos had a brown in my size so I ordered it. It's a different brown than the one Clarks had. Wore them for Mother's Day and my feet were killing me. Just don't understand.

It's sad because I like the style and the quality of these shoes, but they do not fit. Typically, I wear a 12 N or S or 3A. Unfortunately, Clarks' "narrow" shoes are NOT narrow. I've tried several pairs of Clarks, but I've returned almost all of them because of the width: always too wide. The only success I've had is with their lace-up shoes (and even those are too wide). Would someone in Clarks' management please take a look at Munro's shoe sizing to understand what constitutes a narrow fit?

Clarks has become a disappointment over the years. I am having to return these shoes because the heal is too wide even though I ordered a narrow instead of medium, based on reviews. Support issues in the past have caused me to have to by-pass Clarks shoes but I wanted to try them again, hoping for the best. So sad as their shoes were some of the most comfortable and supportive on the market.

I wish Clark's would consult with the medical profession or listen to their customers. 25% of the population has very wide feet and a high arch. Why doesn't Clark's make shoes that are not only "wide" but high-arch friendly? The footbed is comfortable, but their is not enough room across the lower arch. Cuts into the top of the foot. Back it goes.....PLEASE made more WW shoes!

Very disappointed. I usually wear a 10 in Clarks but these were too small.

Despite being included in the "orthotic friendly" category, these do not work with custom orthotics. They flipped right off of my heel. I must continue my search for a vaguely cute shoe that will accommodate my orthotics for my obnoxious problem-laden feet.

I really liked the look of the shoe. I loved the wide toe box but also felt that the heel was a little wide too. I've worn them at least 3 days of the work week the last two weeks. The next to the last time I wore them they seemed exceptionally loose and I was kind of concerned that they had stretched. However the last time I wore them I realized that the little "tassel" had come completely loose and as soon as I moved it to see it it tightened up it come right out of the shoe. With it out the two small flaps on the shoe fall open making the shoe impossible to wear. There appears to be no way to fix it either. Very disappointed because my $85 shoes are no good after two weeks. ð???

Hated these shoes. I have really wide feet but these shoes felt narrow even in wide.

9ww slides off. 8.5ww still slides but the right length. Have to return. I have enough issues walking without losing a shoe.

Normally, I wear a 6 1/2 W. I first ordered these in that size. They were at least a full size to long. I then ordered a 6 W. Heal slips out. Not quite a full 1/2 size too big, but still too big. I really wanted them to work since they were so cute.

So sorry to have to return this item. I think it would have been very comfortable if they had not been too big. It is had to always know the size of a shoe, especially a dress shoe.

Ordered my normal size, and they were huge - couldn't keep them on my feet! They also were rather stiff.

The shoes were in a box that said 7.5 N which is what I ordered but the shoes were marked 8 M so I could not wear them. I returned them.

I own these exact shoes in brown, but the black ones I just ordered are defective. The sole is too long for the shoe and curls up at the toe. I ordered four different varieties of the Ashland shoes and 3 out of the 4 had this problem. I've been wearing Clarks for 15 years and am stunned by the poor quality control and inconsistent sizing I've experienced recently. I guess I need to find a new brand.

Poor design and quality. Size is Blogger than expected.

I don’t even know how this shoes fit , true to the size or not. As soon I opened the box and saw the color of it, I put them back in box to return. Picture on web shows a beautiful combo of mahogany and brown, but in reality this shoes have a yaki dull brown color. They looks nothing like in picture.

These are going back. They just aren't the quality of Clarks and don't look like the picture. They are dull and seem like a knock off. This is the second pair of Clarks I've ordered online. The first from a different company but the apprearance was the same. Neither pair seamed up to the Clarks standard and both look clunky. Disappointed.

I ordered a narrow but unfortunately they are still too wide.

I have this same style in another color. This shoe is wider than it should be. It says medium width but the shoe slides off my foot. It's too wide.

The materials of the upper hurt like hell after only one day wearing. How do I return? It is not readily understandable on your website. I think I may have better luck with the other pair I ordered, so 50% isn't so bad, is it?
