I love the shoes, they are great to dress up or down. Very comfortable, they didn't have to be broken in. I wear 7 to 7.5, depending on the shoe. I ordered 7.5, but should have gotten the 7. Nice true navy color

These have the cuteness I've been looking for! With problem feet it's hard to rate ANY shoe on comfort, but these aren't bad in that regard. I love the style, the cushioning is helpful. Some reviewers said it ran wide, didn't seem that way to me. I can finally recycle some very tired loafers. Thank you Zappos!

Because of other reviews, I ordered a half size up in a medium and a narrow width. I wear these with a sock and still needed the narrow width. I am returning the medium. The do have some arch support and are a comfortable fit with a sock. I usually wear a 7M in shoes that I wear with a sock, but the mediums in the shoe were too wide. This size was not too tight across the top of my foot. I bought the metallic color and really like them. I may even want to order the black in the future.

I ordered these in 8.5W and 9W; I have a pair from last year in 8.5M, but realized that they are too narrow for my feet. I like last year's color a lot better (brown with black trim, instead of this year's brown with slightly darker brown trim). The 8.5's were about the same in width, but the 9W was much wider, so those were the ones I kept.

I ordered the black shoe in a narrow. It is comfortable, seems true to size lengthwise, but definitely wider than expected - both in the toe and heel. Overall, I am happy with them.

These are cute and comfortable-- but they run SO SMALL! Order at least a half-size up.

Overall a comfortable and supportive shoe that looks good with slacks. My only complaint is that I am an 11 1/2 and usually have to settle for either "a little small" or "a little big". These are a "a little big" but with the coming of the cold weather thick socks should help that problem.

Love the shoes and timeless style, but my heels slip out a little when I walk. I'm afraid that will only get worse as the shoes stretch. Back they go :(

nice simple loafer, better quality than I expected. A bit on the wide side, but will be fine with socks.

The black pair slipped on my heel. They rubbed against my heel. Beautifully well-made but not comfortable for me.

I wear a 7.5 XW but these were so loose they kept falling off my heels.

The shoe looked cute, but the narrow width was still too wide for my foot. I walked out of the shoe with every step.

I have been buying Clarks shoes for years. They used to be good quality shoes. I loved the classic penny loafers. They no longer make those. The tassel style is okay but not as refined. Quite a while back the leather sole was discontinued, now at least it seems to be made of rubber and not a composite. The fact that the shoes don't have an order is a plus! It's vert difficult to find nice footwear these days.

I do have a narrow heel area and this shoe slid off my heel with each step. I returned the shoes.

Really liked the look of this loafer. I’ve bought Clarks for years and always a size 8. This shoe was big all over. Heel slipped, too long, just big. Arch support was adequate.

I love Clarks but they run a little narrow for me, even in wide width, so I was happy to see these came in extra wide. While the width of the 6 WW toe box was perfect for my feet, the heel was way too wide for me, which given the style of shoe meant they didn't stay comfortably on my feet when I walked. I put some heel pads in them which helped. They are not the most stylish shoes, or even the most stylish of Clarks' loafers, but not hideous.

It is not the shoes fault... you see i have a bunion on my right foot and the fit was a bit uncomfortable there. Also I did not like the way the shoes go up at the front.

These are so cute, but my usual size didn't fit at all. So sorry to return these.
