Good style and comfortable from the start.

The fit turned out great. This was the first time I ordered Clarks in a wide length and I'm glad I did. Either my fat are getting wider or the regular sizes are getting thinner. This way, I can also wear socks if I wanted to. They are very comfortable and a great everyday go-to shoe for work.

My heel was slipping in the 9 medium. Over-all the shoe was too loose. Loved the style of this shoe and wish it was sized better. I had also tried the 9 narrow in another color and it was too tight.

Comfortable but they cut into both ankles . Other wise I would keep them.

Fit is good. My feet were a little cranky the first day, but I just came from wearing summer shoes with no support. These are feeling better by the day. They're cute, which is really hard to find in an 11W. I'll be keeping them.

This shoe is comfortable easy to slip on and off and classy for a casual lunch in the city.

Like the look of this shoe and it fit well, however I need a thicker sole, especially under the ball of my foot, due to foot issues. Had to return for that reason.

I got an 11 XW --11 was Zappo's recommended size but it was at least half a size too big. I usually wear a 10.5-11 in Clark's, so the fit of this shoe was unusual.

Totally cute shoes - I was surprised that they were so long! There was a good 1/2 inch between my heel and the back of the shoe. I even checked to make sure I got the correct size - that's never happened before. I returned them but they were REALLY cute!

This shoe looked really cute in the pictures, but was very stodgy looking when I received it. The worst part however was the fit and I'm a huge Clark's fan. I always order a wide width and could barely get the shoe on it was so tight across the instep. Unfortunately I had to return them.

I bought the metallic combo color, not a bad color but I didn’t like the look of the shoes in this color. The shoes did feel a bit short so I may reorder them in a different color and half size larger than I normally wear because other than my toes touching the front the footbed was quite comfortable and even accommodated my high arches.

I ordered these in a wide and felt they were true to width. I have only worn these once all day to work at a desk job. I do not think these would be comfortable for a lot of walking without additional arch support. I'll probably try an insert for arch support. Having said that, I do have a high arch.

What weird shoes! I am 7.5-8 wide and I had to return the 7.5W because they were too long maybe because the heel is too wide. The width was fine in the toes but too wide in the heel (but I have duck feet... wide in front, narrow in back). They were kind of cushioned inside but no arch support and the fabric was gross, hot synthetic fabric. I tried to add leather 3/4 insoles with arch support, but that made my heel come out of the shoe even more, and made the shoe too tight across the ball of foot. The black pair are just normal looking Clark loafers with ivory contrast stitching that isn't too bright. The multi-brown pair looks so elegant online with the two-tone leather, but it is a flatter, darker brown all over in real-life. Also, while trying different sizes and pairs I got some with fantastically neat little tassels and some that were a total mess. So keep ordering until you get good ones!

I like these shoes.  I needed something somewhat dressy for church or writer's group meetings, etc.  I didn't buy them because I wanted them, but rather that I knew someday I would need a pair.  I have many pairs of loafers, but these ones are the most comfortable of the bunch.  I wish I had known about Zappos years ago, it would have saved me buying so many useless or close to useless prs. of shoes.  With a name like Zappos I thought it was a kids' shoe store. Width is probably fine for most people, but I have on old injury that requires much room in the front of the shoe, so it's a tiny bit too narrow for me.  I stretched the right shoe for three days and it felt better.  If I go beyond this comfort level the shoe might become too loose.   The problem is the back of the shoe, which is V shaped.  It's too pointed.  And of course my foot is not that shape, so there is a gap.  I am concerned that the gap will rub if I walk for over an hour.  We'll see what happens.

Not sure why, but my left heal kept coming out of the shoe. They're very comfortable, though.

These are super comfortable and look good. The only warning I have is that the sizing has been a little inconsistent. I’ve bought two pairs of black (like them that much) which fit great. Sent a burgundy pair back because it ran small.

DO NOT SIZE DOWN, the heel fit is not a problem. If anything, I tried these on and they felt a bit snug. I don't expect to wear heavy socks, but they were instantly comfortable. I expect they might loosen a bit broken in but, even if they don't, they feel good. A great look for office job, though maybe a bit matronly.

Wide shoe run big so had to order a size smaller that what I normally wear. 8W fits perfectly . . and Zappos Customer Service was extremely helpful in getting the first order returned with FREE shipping . . who does that today? Zappos does!

My foot is a 10.5 and between a B-C width. The 11 medium did not work. The 11 wide gaped around the side of my foot. Cute, but will be returning.

The shoes are very nice. I ordered a size 10 EE and because the width was perfect for me, the length was a half size to long. I will reorder the appropriate size.

The style was exactly what I was looking for. I like the comfort and wide toe box. They slip a bit on my heel, even in narrow, but will still work for me.

I love the shoe but my left foot kept slipping out with every step and had to return it.
