Beautiful shoe, however it took several tries to get the size right. Normally I wear a size 6.5W. I tried everything from a 6.5 wide to a 5.5 wide with normal width in-between. I finally decided on a 6m. The heel of the shoe is extremely wide, so I was trying to find something to stay on my foot. That being said, the instep was tight. I wound up cutting the elastic on the sides to make the shoe a bit more comfortable. I'm finally happy with the shoe, I just wish the sizing was a bit more accurate.

I could not love these more. Love the bugundy color, the look is a great mix of professional and a little modern/quirky. And they're super comfortable. Feels like my feet are getting a hug. Great buy.

Super comfortable. Only gripe is they are not a true navy blue...photo is deceiving. Close, but no cigar. Cute style. Medium width is very generous.

Classuc Look with the tassle. Good looking shoe for any event. A little stiffer around the toe box. My big toe reached the tip of the shoe but otherwise it fit snuggle. Had to return it because the half side up would have been slipping off my foot. Giving it 5 stars because I really like it overall.

Comfort right out of the box and stylish, too! I wear a 12 W and the supportive sole is great!

Contrary to other reviewers, I found this shoe to have excellent arch support. It could run a tad wide. I am very happy with this shoe. Previously, I had only been able to wear Clarks' cloudstepper shoes, but this shoe is great -- I wear it all day. I was hesitant to purchase because it is from "the bendable series" which I thought would be too flimsy for my foot, but it has a good sole, and, again plenty of support.

I had went to every store in town and couldn't find any shoes I liked. I found these online and ordered them from Zappos because they have free shipping both ways. They arrived in two days and were comfortable right out of the box. I plan to order another pair to have on hand when these wear out! This is my first pair of Clarks shoes, but I will look at Clarks first from now on.

I love these shoes ?? I've recently encountered some health issues that have caused my feet to swell and these are the only shoes I've tried that fit and are comfortable.. Did I mention how cute they are? CUTE ??

Nice fit. Comfortable toe box, construction looks to be sound. Have only worn a few times but very comfortable. Bought a second pair in brown.

I bought this shoe about one month ago in the brown and love them. I needed a black pair of low heeled shoes so I bought the same ones. The brown ones are 9.5WW,and they fit great when I received them. Since then I have lost weight and the brown shoes are too wide so I bought the black in 9.5W and they fit great. I still wear the brown shoes with inserts. These shoes also have great support. I do not have any trouble wearing these shoes as I have plantar fasciitis.

Highly recommend. Ordered in black and they are beautiful. I already have them in the wine color so I was confident of the total comfort, great fit and quality. I have trouble finding a comfortable shoe because of bunions and arthritis in my toes, but the Ashland Bubble fits like a dream. I wear to work every day and even when I am walking all day in New York City. I hope Clarks continues to make this particular style. Zappos had the best price and delivery was very fast.

This is a very comfortable and flattering shoe for a wide foot. It dies run a little large. I usually wear a 9.5 and the 9 fit well.

Love these loafers so much I got them in both black and brown. Very comfortable in the 7.5 wide I need, especially with orthotics. They do tend to stretch a bit, though.

These were comfy from the first moment I put them on. I like that they have plenty of room for my toes! I love them. They are cute, casual, I may order other colors!

Great looking shoe and very comfortable!

Great looking, classy shoes to just slip into and wear anywhere! I'd wear them in winter with socks, summer, barefoot! They look stiff, but are very flexible and comfortable. I would use these as my 'go to' for most every day wear! If I had to be on my feet daily, these would serve well...my only personal issue would be I'd like the heel to be a half or full inch higher. Possibly a bit more arch support. Very good looking shoes..remind me of the deck shoes I had in the 90's.

I have a narrow heel and have trouble finding shoes in a step-in style that will stay on my foot. I was delighted that this shoe came in a narrow width. The front of the shoe was not too narrow, and the heel is narrow enough that it does not slip. Walked around the city all day and the shoes were very comfortable

These shoes are very comfortable. I have a narrow foot & very hard to find styles that fit comfortably. These are great with just enough arch support which is a big plus.

I liked the shoes but they did not match. Two different shoes they seemed to be cut from different batches. Leather,size and look were not matching..I ordered another pair and they were perfect,,

I was not sure what to think after reading the reviews saying the shoes were too wide in the heel. I already wear a clarks with the same "look" and the same footbed as what was pictured here, in a size 8 medium, and I have a narrow heel. So I ordered an 8 medium, and an 8.5 narrow, both in the Navy color. And I'd say that the 8 medium navy was just a bit smaller than what I was used to from my other clarks shoes. So I decided to keep the 8.5 narrow in order to have a little extra toe room. The heel in the medium navy didn't seem too wide for me, so I wonder if the folks saying that it is too wide -- maybe they could share the color they ordered. I wonder if it is just some colors that were made a little too wide in the heel. Anyway, I'm very happy with my shoes. They are a very dark navy, almost black.
