Love these shoes!!

I have a pair of these shoes at home and I absolutely love them, very comfortable! I ordered another pair because I where are these allowed and wanted to spare. Unfortunately, when they arrived, even though the box said 11 narrow in burgundy, they were a six medium in black. I called customer service and they were extremely nice, quickly arranged an exchange. I got the new shoe a couple of days later, exactly the same problem. The box said 11 narrow in burgundy, but it was a seven wide in black. Called customer service again, extremely nice as before, arranged for an exchange. Unfortunately the burgundy was not available, so I will have to wait until it's back in stock. Customer service at Zappo's has always been exceptional, and I don't necessarily blame the company, but whoever's putting the shoes in the boxes is putting the wrong shoes in the boxes. Very frustrating! I just hope that at some point I'm able to get an 11 narrow in burgundy!

For the first time I have found a shoe that is actually extra wide. Extremely comfortable. Actually ordered a second pair!

Super comfortable despite my bunion. (It's always about the darn bunion!). Love the flashy patent leather look. Very basic shoe but fun too. Definitely a keeper.

Good, basic loafer. And it's quite comfortable despite my bunion. Enough wiggle room to wear with trouser socks. Will be looking at this same shoe in other colors as well.

If it doesn’t fit or feel right, exchange it. I have had the brown version for 2 years (Ordered from Zappos). Had to get a 6.5 wide at the time. Seems like Clarks updated this shoe to run wider which is good. This shoe used to run narrow. Now, I ordered a regular 7 which is the middle shoe. The third shoe is what I initially received. As you can see the shoe doesn’t look right. The tassel is different. The shoe is slightly shorter. The heel is deeper too. Totally different fit. In the second picture you can see the different shoe boxes. The 1st box came with the defective shoe. The 2nd box came with the 2nd shoe in the picture. Zappos is excellent they exchanged the shoe with no problem. They fit great, more like my brown pair. I’m happy.

Comfy and cute, but they make my feet look really short. The extra wide width is a wonder and I could probably have ordered a half size smaller, but this way I can wear them with thicker socks in winter.

Totally happy with these shoes. They are a great, casual alternative to wearing sneakers with my jeans.

This shoe was very comfortable and I really wanted to keep it but it was just too long. I also loved the color. I wish they still had a smaller size.

I already had a pair of this style but in a different color so I knew that they would fit well. I’d have another pair if the right color were available in my size. Love them.

Great walking shoe!

I already owned a pair of these so knew they were comfortable and have worn well. My feet grew a half size, so replaced my smaller pair with half size up. Glad the style was still available. (I also have a tan pair.) Fit, quality, and comfort are good. Clark’s are a brand I can usually count on.

Love them-so cute

These shoes fit great, but color was a little lighter than anticipated. They felt like sneakers they were so comfortable. Even thought they felt great, I need a darker shade of brown.

Loved the shoe but it was too wide. Ordered N but still too wide for my foot.
