Too small... I'm a solid 7.5 but I usually wear an 8 in boots. These are beautiful but were too small. I then ordered an 8.5 to compare and they fit much better. They are a little loose in the ankle area but some winter socks and adjustment of the laces, they feel better.

I usually wear an 8 but the 8 in these was WAY TOO BIG. My friend who wears an 8.5 thought they fit her perfectly. I sold them to her since I'd already worn them and could not return them.

These were really cute boots, and I think they would probably be very warm. I have a very wide foot, D width or wider, and these were not wide enough, part of the problem was getting my foot down the shaft into the actual footbed. I would recommend these for C width and smaller, there is definitely more room than a B width. I wear an 8.5 and the length was good, not tons of room past my toes. The shaft is also quite wide, so if you have normal feet but a wider than average calf these boots would probably fit, the description says 17" circumference. The tongue does not move, it is attached, so if you think that is too small and you can adjust the laces, that is incorrect. The laces are only good for making it tighter, not looser. Still a great boot, with great looks. I got the black one with blue laces and it was very nice.

I am a solid size 9, but am planning to return these for the 8 1/2. My heel was coming out even with a thicker sock. I am concerned that my feet will be cold if I do not get a proper fit. Otherwise, they are light on the foot and feel great. They are totally super cute/snow chic!

At first the felt tight but not as I wore them today in the snow. I still wonder if I can wear a thicker sock with them. Not sure. But that said, I love these boots. They are warm and dry and tall enough for the deep snow I trudge through. Cool looking too. BTW I tend to wear a 7 1/2 or 8. I ordered the 7 1/2 Hope this helps.

These are so cute! But: I have a high arch/high instep and they are tight across the top of my foot. I also have wide feet, though - and they are plenty wide. True to size lengthwise.

I bought these shoes half a size bigger thinking I would need it with thick socks and sent them back for my real size once received. Zappos provided super fast shipping and the shoes are true to size! They are really cute. Now I do not feel so manly shoveling the snow outside.

Super comfortable and lightweight. I've already worn them in about a foot of snow and the warmth held up. Definitely order a half size down.

I found that these are true to size. I went with the previous reviews and ordered a 1/2 size up and they are too big. I also found them not the quality sorel I remember. No arch, not a thermal foot bed. Price was great, but just ordered a pair of Northface that I hope will be more comfortable. I am a parking attendant at a ski resort so I need warm and comfortable.

Second try with Sorel. These boots are the same as another style I tried to buy, of this same brand. They run too large overall in the foot and ankle with "boot bulge" in the ankle, yet are TOO TIGHT in the leg and calf. QUALITY made, but POOR fit. Had to return them.

Looks much cuter in picture. I didn't wear them out so can't speak as to how warm they are but the top part of the boot scrunches in an uneven way when you pull the laces. Really awkward and uncomfortable. I have very narrow calves so it may work better for someone with wider calves.

These are very cute boots and I really wanted to keep them. The problem is they don't have much structure in the foot area. To keep my from slipping all over, I need to really cinch the laces in a way that makes part of the boot bunch and the laces look odd. There's just nothing to keep my feet in place.

The fabric is quite stiff, so the laces and the adjustable elastic at the top are non-functional. The fit is "sloshy." I have thin calves, and there was a huge open gap at the top so that snow would easily get in. Too bad, because they are so cute.

I absolutely loved these. I got them in purple. But, sadly, even after trying a smaller size, they just did not work. My regular size was too loose on the calf (which is standard size). The size down was better, but snug in the feet and still my heel slipped up every time I took a step. That is a real shame because they were awesome boots but the fit was just wonky.

These boots are really cute, but unfortunately they do not serve their intended purpose. The traction on the bottom is dreadful and they offer very little support. I have been wearing Sorel boots for years and have always been happy with the warmth, support and traction on snow and ice. These boots do not have the typical Sorel bottom and tread and are extremely slippery on wet floors, snow and ice. They are really more like moon boots.
