These looked really nice and fit well but for me they were not water shoes.

After wearing casual tennis shoes, my knees were hurting from walking all day. These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them, and my feet and knees dont get tired! Living in a warm climate, I find them are very cool and comfortable. Definitely the start of many pairs of Rykäs for me!

I bought these to wear for walks across rock outcropping on the beach and for sport sailing. They are perfect, so perfect in fact that they are my go to sneaker for walking the dog, or just about anything you would wear a light sneaker for. They do get sand in them, but I rinse them out with the hose and they dry pretty quickly. I usually remove the sole to dry. They give me great stability climbing over rocks or up and down beach trails. I wish Ryka. Are the exact same shoe in a regular sneaker!

Third pair. Light weight but ok for casual wear. I add insert.

I love the shoes, my only issue is the laces. They need to be elastic so you can manage them. I buy lock laces to replace them then they are fine.

The Ryka Hydro Sport water shoes are exactly what I needed. We do a lot of jumping and running in Aqua classes, and these have helped me tremendously. No more foot pain!

Love these Ryka Hydros for long beach walks. No longer have to run from the waves at higher tides. They survive getting drenched and clean up easily. I bought size I normally wear because I wear them with socks to prevent sensitive spots once wet but go down a size if wear barefoot. Work much better than water sandals for me.

These shoes are perfect for my 90 minute walks along the beach when there’s a good chance of getting wet (at high tide). I bought the same size as my workout shoes because I need to wear socks with wet feet for that length of time. I tried water sandals but my feet got irritated by the straps halfway through my walk once my feet were wet. These shoes look great in the black with some color mixed in. Only downside is the toe tapers more than my ASICS so it’s slightly small in that area but they’re a little longer overall so that gives me enough room.
