Excellent quality, cute boots for fall. I wear a 7/7.5 in running shoes, and ordered these in a 7 (leather eventually stretches). They are a little tough to get on, but fit perfectly. I'm expecting they'll get easier to get on once I break them in. I have a narrower foot and ordered them in the regular width.

The other reviews are right, these boots are really tough to get on and off. At first I thought I would be returning them, they were so difficult to get on and they started to cut off the circulation to my feet! But I loved the way they looked, so I kept them on for a few minutes and noticed feeling came back to my toes. I took them off and contemplated my future with these beautiful boots. I then sucked it up and tried to get them on a second time. This time they went on easily, did not cut off my circulation and were easy to remove as well! I'm so happy I didn't give up on these boots right away. They are a very firm supportive boot and fit true to size, once broken in.

I was so excited to receive these, I've been needing a good pair of durable winter boots. They're gorgeous in person, true to the color in the pictures, and very well made. However, I could barely get my foot in one! I have high arches and the way these are cut across the top of the foot just isn't tall enough for me. Maybe in time they would stretch out, but it was painful to even try and get my foot out (I didn't even bother trying on the second boot, it wasn't worth the ouchfactor). So bummed I won't be able to keep these. High arches strike again, whompwhomp.

I got these because they had a "wide" choice. They were not wide in the least. I had to really struggle to get them on, even with the laces loosened up. They look like they are well made, so if your foot is narrow, you will probably enjoy them.

Love these shoes! I'm not one to spend this much on a pair of shoes, but I am glad I did for these. I bought these primarily for a winter trip to Europe. I wanted boots that would withstand the snow and rain but would also be comfortable to walk in for hours each day. I never once had sore feet during my trip and my toes were nice and warm! I'm excited to wear these next winter too.

Living in New England, you really can't live in heels all of the time. I wanted something that was a little rugged, but not bulky, and still stylish. And these were the perfect find. I've tromped through a little bit of snow and mud in these and they're perfectly fine. The quality is great, and the color is beautiful. I ordered these in a 9. I have another pair of Timberland winter boots and I had to go with a 9 1/2. I've found that the Timberland boots I've bought run pretty narrow, and it probably couldn't have hurt to go half a size up with these, but they work. They look great with wool socks, leggings, a vest, and sweater!

Love them! super comfy. I am usually between an 8 and an 8.5, and ordered them in an 8.5 so I could wear thicker socks. I wear them in the snow and rain a lot, and my feet have always been dry.

After reading countless reviews I ordered my shoes in my true size closing one eye in fear that they wouldn't fit as I placed the order. I patiently (well, it was really anxiously) awaited the three days for them to come and when they finally came I was elated! The final test was to see if they fit and thank the Lord the shoes fit true to size with a little bit of room for my wool socks! The shoes feel good and look nice, but be warned they get scuffed up easily!

Fantastic boots all around. Very comfortable, not difficult to get on and off provided you loosen the laces down to bottom. These ran true to size for me, I'm an 8.5 Medium width, and am able to fit a light weight wool sock in them without any difficulty. I had no break-in period, wore them out of the box onto the street without any issue. They look like my old Red Wing boots, but they are feather light and extremely comfortable. The sole flexes really well, unlike most "hunting" boots. I don't think I've ever been so happy with a purchase. Bonus they came with spare laces (in a dark green). The leather color is gorgeous, a deep, rich chocolate color and the stitching is solid - they seem very well made and I hope to get many years of great wear from these.

These are truly the best boots that I have ever owned! I am a 7½ in boots and sneakers and that is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. I am on my feet all day at work and I feel great when I wear these. They are super comfortable! I get compliments all the time when I wear these boots and they go with so much in my wardrobe. I would definitely recommend them!

These boots are wonderful. They are aesthetically pleasing and are of high quality. I originally bought them for work, but they are so cute I may wear them everyday instead! Great buy.

These boots are perfect for my narrow feet and have a great casual, outdoor look. They're lightweight and comfortable for hours of walking. The upper part of the boot was a little stiff for the first wear, but quickly broke in. Very happy with my purchase!

I'm completely crazy about these boots. I read all the reviews and I bought my size but was worried about the width. I knew the first time I wore them, they would need an adjustment period but the second time they were like a glove! The suspected narrow toe didn't bother me at all and they fit perfect. You do have to loosen the laces a bunch to get your foot in but whatever, they're worth it! I got the dark burgundy color and they are just gorgeous, I got a ton of compliments. The darkness of the red Makes it so easy to match. I highly recommend!

These are super comfortable. I had not problem slipping them on and off once you loosen the laces. I have worn them every day since I have got them. Perfect mix of function and fashion. I run between a 7.5 and an 8 and I went with the 7.5. They fit great.

These boots were so comfortable! I love the soft leather, the fit and the description were excellent. I was looking for work boots that were not clunky and heavy. These boots are light, with details that make them not only comfortable, but also attractive to wear with jeans and leggings for the winter. These boots are very durable with a softer look. Initially ordered a 9, 8.5 not available but was 9 too big. Sent back when my size was available. As other reviews say, I got my 8.5 but bummer now felt too small. Toe was right there with no room and extremely tight around width. As other reviews said initially they were "hard to put on", "rubbed on heels", "cut off circulation in foot" ,"very tight". The 8.5 was now too tight. But I wasn't going to send them back and I had already sent back 9 for 8.5 so as Tim Gunn says I had to "make it work". I knew leather stretches, so I walked around in carpeted areas bending and flexing my foot to stretch it out. It totally worked, they were much more comfortable than before. I wore them to work and by end of day my feet were on fire but still, I didn't give up on them. The next time I wore them it was like walking on pillows!!!!!!! And every time after! They are still hard to put on, but once on, super comfy as SO stylish. I get compliments all the time. Trust me, they are worth price and pain once you break them in. You HAVE to break them in.

Beautifully made boot. Great quality and style. Unfortunately, they just don't fit me well. Rubs a lot on my heels. Wish they fit better so I could keep them around!

These boots are absolutely gorgeous! I love them; they were a little tighter than I was expecting but I feel maybe they just need to be broken in a little more. The come with an additional set of laces and the blue laces give it just the right pop of color to pair with skinny jeans!

Great boots. Fit well (I wear a size 8, and I don't have particularly wide or narrow feet.) The only downsides I've noticed so far are that it hurts a bit and I get blisters on my heels when I walk uphill in them (might be a question of having to break them in) and a hike in the mud left some dark mottled stains on the material.

I absolutely love this boot. It is very stylish and comfortable. The only con that I have is that the shoe is a little difficult to get on and off but the leather is starting to "break in" to make it a little easier. Great boot. Great quality.

I ordered these, despite past experiences with Timberland, because they were just too cute. When I received them, they were every bit as attractive as the pictures suggested...but they were so small. I ordered an 8 wide -- the size I usually wear -- and it took at least ten minutes of tugging to get my foot in. The boot was definitely not wide width, and the arch too low to get my foot in. Ordering a size up would have made the boot too long, so in the end I had to send them back. If you have a small foot, and a low arch, these may work out. They are lovely and seemed well made, but the sizing was bonkers.

I have quite high arches, and simply wasn't able to put these boots on -- unexpectedly, the tongue cannot be pulled very far out as it's attached all around. Too bad, because the colour is lovely, and I wanted a lace-up boot.
