I was flying almost weekly for a decade which really eats bags alive. I spent months looking for a bag that fit the junk I typically carried with out an enormous bulky back. (Usually carry thin laptop, tablet, headphones, cables and an enormous book {as much as 800 pages hardcover} and sometimes work i am carrying around) This bag easily swallowed all of my stuff in an organized way, didn't look like a mess, and stood up to air travel ware and tear for two years and is still in great shape.

I brought this on the recommendation from Mac Break Weekly. I use this pack mainly for work. I carry my 13" MBA, iPad mini, assorted cables, my work files and still room for nail clips, gum, chap stick and some advil. And last but not least, it comes with it's amazing warranty a.k.a ALL MIGHTY GUARANTEE. They believe in their products and so should you.

I am a desk jockey and use this pack as my 'every day carry' bag to and from the office and on occasional business trips. It carries my laptop, coffee thermos, lunch, light coat, extra pens, and books with ease. It is also nice enough that I have carried it into executive meetings. I like that the laptop compartment is separate from the rest of the contents in the bag. There are two downsides to this bag. #1 the pocket on the bottom of the bag is somewhat worthless. The only time I use it is when I carry my rain jacket, which isn't every day. #2 the bag will not stand up on its own. I either have to lay it against something or on the floor when loading and unloading. Like all Osprey products, the material is very durable and I expect it to last for many years. I own 3 Osprey bags.

I us this product just about every day. I work in IT and use this for my laptop and small amount of tools. It is very good for my day to day needs.

I tore one of the zipper "pulls", Is it possible to order a new one?

I don't know how this backpack got 5 stars. It can barely hold a water bottle and coffee mug on the sides. Those slips are very short. It doesn't stand upright either.
