Favorite shorts ever owned. I bought these shorts in the true blue and I absolutely LOVE them. I normally wear a 28 in denim and I would say the size 28 fit me well but were a tab lose around my waist. They are the most comfortable high waisted shorts and they are a good length so your butt doesn't hang out like a lot of the high waisted urban outfitters shorts do. Definitely a great purchase!

Very nice shorts. They're very comfortable, not too short. I like the vintage fringe style. For me I found that they ran large. Im usually a size 30 jeans (30" waist 40" hips) and it was too big for me so I ordered a 29 and it fits perfect.

Love these! I hate shorts because they never fit me right. Proportionally, shorts are always too big in the waist if I want them to fit me in the thighs. These are perfect, a little loose everywhere, which is perfect for the style. I'm generally a 26 in denim, sometimes a 25 (in Paige & Citizens), and the 26 fit me perfectly! I'm 5'4, 115 24/25 waist, 35/36 hips. Try these, you will LOVE them!

These shorts are very cute! I got the True Blue color. I usually wear a size 27 in Free People shorts, but I got these in that size and they are too tight. So I am going to send them back and get the 28. Thank you Zappos for fast shipping!

I generally wear a 25 or 26 in denim, depending on the brand. After reading some of the other reviews I decided to order a 25. I could get them on and buttoned, but they were too snug! I would definitely recommend picking the larger size, if you are in between sizes like me! Overall, these are definitely my new favorite denim shorts!

These are by the best shorts you will ever own. I get so many compliments and even if I didn't, I love them so much anyway I would wear them everyday if I could. Size is true to fit. I am 125lb and wear a size 27.

I bought these shorts because I needed some jean shorts I could throw on during our hot summers. I bought a size smaller because of one of the reviews, but they are snugger than I'd prefer. The length is great though. Longer in the back so no booty hangs out. Overall, I like them!

These are cute, they fit well - I wear a 29/30 in jeans and jean shorts, and in these I ordered a 29 - but I returned them because they felt cheap and thin, and I just wanted something more substantial.
