This is my favorite vest EVER. I have about eight different vests in my closet, and I love this one so much I bought it in both gray and black! The length is perfect - not too short and not too long. It is also very uncomfortable under the armpits, as it is fitted, but not tight. It is warm, comfortable and incredibly thin. It's perfect for wearing to the gym or layering it under a coat. I should note that I like the material so much I also purchased TNF Thermoball jacket.

This is a wonderful very lightweight vest, but comfortable and warm. I am 5'5" and way 125, the medium is just right with room for a lightweight sweater. It is thin enough to not appear puffy. I know I will get a lot of use from it. It will be perfect for travel, no weight or space in the luggage!

This fit perfectly - but it is so thin! For the price I want to be certain the vest would keep me warm - it is about the thickness of a tissue tee. Will wait to see if it goes on sale.

I have only had this for a little over a month, and find I am always reaching to slip this on before going out the door. It washed well in a delicate cycle and hung to dry. I would like to get another in a different color. I chose black this time, as it goes with just about anything that i would pair it with. Thank you North Face!

I like the lightweight of the vest, and it still keep me warm.

Fit is feminine and flattering, nor bulky or square. Perfect weight for hiking in cool weather. Love it.

Initially I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the pattern of the stitching. I bought this for a trip to Iceland later this year and really wanted something that would be flattering in photos. When it arrived and I tried it on it was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The stitching was indeed flattering, it fit well, kept me warm, and it doesn't make me look like a puffy marshmallow. I can't wait to use it on my trip to Iceland.

I have been wearing my black and grey vests most everyday They have kept me warm and I don't feel like a polar bear just a warm one

This vest is very comfortable! It is not bulky but still warm. I wear it for casual wear but would be great for any activities.

A few years back I purchased a thermoball jacket and loved the feel of the fabric and the bright orange lining. The next year I bought a thermoball coat and love love the feel and fit of it as well. I love the color ornage and my husband suggested I check out Northface for an orange vest. Voila! You had just what I wanted. It shipped for free in three days and it feels like Christmas all over again!

I like the fitted shape of this vest, like the thermoball jacket. Nips in a bit at the waist for a flattering fit and the angle of the seams are diagonal which is more flattering than horizontal seaming.

This is my second North Face vest and they are by far my favorites! Light weight and they don't make you look "puffy", but keep you warm.

This vest is comfortable, lightweight, and warm. I love the color selections, and found my team color-which has taken me several years to find in this style (the colors online are not always real life colors, but I knew I could return it). Honestly, I was skeptical about the color, from the photo online...but I knew from previous experience that it was likely to be off a little. I'm so glad I bought it, because the color is exactly what I was hoping it would be. The fit is true to size. I love this vest so much, that I just bought it in another color. I've told all my friends about it, because I know they will love it, too. FYI: the nasturtium orange is a great OSU orange.

Just for how it looks

This vest is the perfect casual vest to wear anywhere. It's lightweight and not too poofy! It's the vest I've been looking for!!! It cost more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it! I also love the stitched pattern it has!! I highly recommend getting this vest!

Bought this a size larger than normal so that I could wear it over another puffy layer. Really like the extra warmth and will be buying one in my normal size next.
