This shoe was comfortable from the moment I first put it on. It is very comfortable and quiet for walking. I have not tried it out in the rain, yet.

I purchased these shoes from Zappos in December 2014. The seam along the side started to rip. Which is very unlike these shoes because we have been purchasing the same pair for years and they last at least 2 years. I did not think I could get an exchange, but I thought I would try. Seeing how they are usually great shoes! The customer service rep was extremely sweet, kind and professional. Since this was the first time I have ever asked for an exchange, she very willingly gave me a brand new pair. I received them in the mail in 2 days!. And we didn't even have to pay for sending the damaged pair back. We will always purchase from Zappos! Thank you. (Wish I could remember the CSR's name Sorry.)

Excellent customer service. I had ordered a pair and did not fit and they help me to return and get a pair that fitted me. I had heard about Zappos but the customer service and prompt shipping is great.

These are excellent light duty work shoes for those service professions who are always on their feet, such as; security, cooks, concierge, etc. Some proven features: 1. Absolutely water proof. 2. No shining or maintenance necessary. 3. No break-in time. 4. Anti-slip soles. Draw backs: 1. Does not breathe well. If you're working 6 - 8 hour shifts or greater I recommend changing socks. 2. Wear thicker socks to help absorb sweat.

Love the style and comfort. True to size and with. You can use them casually with a pair of jeans or go out all dressed out. They will complete any occasion.

These shoes are super comfortable, right out of the box. This is my third pair of Rockports -- great shoes when you need the look of a dress shoe, but need comfort even more. The finish isn't subtle (the leather is so uniformly black and shiny that it looks like something man-made) but I'll sacrifice a bit of look for comfort if I have to be on my feet most of the day. The fact that the shoes are waterproof is an added bonus on those rainy days when I walk to work and transition between buildings on campus.

Good heel, solid construction. Bought to help with Achilles tendonitis, and feel very little pain while wearing these. Attractive, though they make my feet look a bit small.

I ordered these for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them! He says they are extremely comfortable to walk in for extended amounts of time. They look really snazzy with either slacks or jeans. I highly recommend them!

I had a pair of Rockport wingtips that were about 15 years old. They still looked good but the heel was wearing out. So I looked around for a new pair. Could not find them in a brick & mortar store. So I ordered a pair from zappos.com. The price was reasonable for these types of shoes. They fit well, look nice and hopefully, will last me another 15 years.

I needed extra wide dress shoes for more formal occasions and these Rockports are just right. They are stylish, comfortable and well-made. Throw in the absolutely outstanding Zappos' service so what is no to like? I am very pleased with my purchase!
