I am really furious with this dealer. I ordered 'new' shoes and paid the price for NEW NOT OLD. I just opened the box and they arrived with black cuff marks and a small tear on the bottom of one of the shoes. Obviously they were worn. There is even a stain where one would insert their foot. This is not from trying them on this is from WEARING them. Here are the photos below. I need to either get a LARGE DISCOUNT or I am sending them back. These were sold as new, not used. I have been playing tennis for 64 years and I know when shoes have been used. Shame on Zappos!

I'm so disappointed Nike has always been my go-to brand. I ordered 3 styles, and all are very small inside - one I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Style is great, but if it doesn't fit, it doesn't matter.

Loved the style and stability, however the arch support was nonexistent and caused arch cramps after an hour of play.

I am hoping I can return these tennis shoes. Even thought they are an attractive color, they are way, way too big. I am very surprised because Nike usually runs small. I take a 6 1/2 and that is what I ordered but my feet swim in them. I tried tying them tight, but still too big. Not sure if they are defective or if it is the style.

I thought these looked super good online, but they were clunky and homely...felt like I was wearing my husband's shoes.
