I love these shoes. I exercise 5-6 days a week with a combination of boot camp, kickboxing, Zumba, and Bokwa. Two days after getting these, I wore them for an all-day aerobic certification class. After about 7 hours of aerobics, my feet still felt fine even without having time to break in the shoes. While I haven't tried running long distances in them, these are great for all my activities, especially my outdoor boot camp. Even though I'm on an asphalt surface, these are comfortable for the all the activities including burpees and tire jumps. Where I live is very warm and humid during the summer, and I've found these to be breathable. The only drawback is that I've noticed a small amount of occasional sliding during certain poses while stretching during cool down when I'm inside on the wood laminate flooring.

Five stars! It is THE MOST comfortable tennis shoe I've ever worn. It perfectly suits my workouts (T25 and Insanity) and think they would also be great for Crossfit and simply going to the gym. The color are actually a bright pink, almost neon, and mint green. The colors are better than I expected. The shoes make a slight tapping sound when you walk but nothing exaggerated. Conclusion: BUY THEM! They're excellent! I'm thinking of buying the black ones also... :)

I am an avid crossfitter. These shoes are everything I have hoped for and more. Flat, with just the right amount of support for your box jumps. Another plus is that these come in a variety of 'none girly' colors. Shocker world: Not every girl wants a pair of pink sneakers.

These are such gorgeous shoes! They are minimal and easy to move around with. My only complaint is that they do run half a size smaller or maybe even a full size smaller (depends on how thick your socks are).

I tried this first in an 8.5 because I usually have to order up in Nike. They fit great except they were just a little too long so they felt a little like clown shoes. I was afraid I'd trip on them during my P90X3 work-outs, so I ordered an 8. The 8 was way too small. I was very disappointed. I really liked them but they just didn't fit.

Very comfy, but the toe box is very short and squishes my toes down. And since the toe is rubber will not likely stretch when worn. Had to return!

I had been wanting to purchase this shoe for a while and saw it was on sale at Zappos. I bought them and was so excited until I received them. The color was nice but the shoe made my foot look extremely long (I wear an 8 1/2 shoe), so I returned them. For the price, I just didn't think they were worth it. I bought the Free TR 3 instead. Love them more.

I bought these shoes when they had the purple and neon yellow/green. I loved the style and look of the shoe, however, the band on the front squeezed down on my toenails making it painful to walk for any length of time much less run in these shoes. The sole of the shoe is VERY thin. While some may love this, I did not. "Barefoot" running is not for me.

I really liked the look of the shoe and the write up at www.nike.com regarding the shoes benefits. It was recommended for High Intensity work outs, such as cross training. My work outs consist of Cardio, Kettle bells, kickboxing and the TRX straps. I wore these for my first work out and after 15 minutes I hated them. The arch support was horrible, the cushioning they talk about was non existent, the height of the shoe is very short and because of it the shoe was killing my big toe, it was pushing down and rubbing at the end of my big toenail. It felt like someone was stepping on my toes. When we ran sprints - I couldn't do it, we only ran in place really fast for about 1 minute and my feet were hurting because there is not a good arch support system and no cushioning. This shoe is for people who do weight lifting and nothing else. If you like the feel of bare feet, no arch support and no cushioning then this is the shoe for you.

I just love these sneakers! I'm online now looking for another pair to replace the ones I currently have. They're still in good condition after almost a year of regular wear for gym classes, long walks, and periodic runs. They are comfortable and light weight. They feel like they were made just for my feet. I bought my true size; didn't need to go up or down. The fit is perfect!

Was looking for shoes to wear while doing P90X & Asylum. I have low arches and overpronate, and had tried using my running shoes and whatever other gym shoes I had to work out. Nothing felt right. I was so uncomfortable I ended up having to go barefoot. These shoes are incredible - no pain or discomfort after I put it through the rigors. Super flexible, great for plyo. Also a great shoe to just run around in on a daily basis. At first at may feel weird to be so low to the ground with gym shoes, and not feel a significant amount of padding, but it starts to feel natural. Other reviewers have commented on the narrowness of the shoe, but I have narrow feet, so perfect for me. My true size is 5.5-6, 6.5 in running, so based on reviews I got a 6, which is okay, but I might've even gotten away with the 5.5, as they seem to be designed "long." The tapping noise is noticeable, but not a deal breaker. Overall a shoe that lives up to my expectations, very happy with it.

There are no words for the love I feel for these shoes. I have 3 pairs now. I take an 8.5 in all shoes, very occasionally a 9, and the 8.5 fit perfectly. You want a snug fit so your foot doesn't move around in them. I wear low thin socks - you don't need cushioning because these are a very minimal shoe. I use them for teaching fitness classes, HIIT, weight lifting, sprints, box jumps, step classes, you name it. They are cute and so incredibly functional - I get compliments on them all the time. Very minimal shoe to protect your foot, but that's what I like. They don't seem to wear out either. Wonderful wonderful.

Right now - these are my favorite shoes. Low profile, nice arch support, lightweight, nice for wide feet (laces out a little) and tasteful! The ideal combination. I will be buying more!

I purchased these for a barre class when my regular running shoes felt too clunky and just didn't allow for full movement in my foot. These were perfect and, in fact, I use them for other gym activities. They are very comfortable and fit well. I am sometimes between an 8.5 and 9 depending on the brand and the 8.5 fits great.

Very comfortable shoe! This is my first pair of a minimalist and I think I will enjoy wearing these. The only concern is the shoes laces are a little shorter, keep in mind that I wear a size 10. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout already.

I have always worn neutral athletic/running trainers with more cushioning (have bunions, neuromas, over pronation, etc). But I took a chance and bought these minimalist Nikes for group exercise classes (tho still wear Asics gel for trail runs). I was pleasantly surprised to find that these Nikes are very comfortable, lightweight and cause no foot problems. I wear them for high and low impact aerobics, dance workouts, boot camp type classes, tai chi, etc. I think the minimalist aspect of the shoe allows the body to work more naturally - resulting in better overall use of the foot and fewer foot/leg/hip problems. (At least that's my theory.)

Love these- very flattering fitted shoe - spot on true to size. Great for the gym, plyometrics, Crossfit, teaching step. I bought the black and black with pink and green - very sleek. After the grey/volt next or purple. Santa Baby?

The shoes are amazing. Despite what other reviewers say I feel they fit true to size. They are super comfy for cross fit style workout and give good lateral support. Zappos also shipped super fast and had the best price by far of any online retailer.

So far, these shoes are really comfortable. They mold to the bottom of your feet, so it barely feels like you're wearing anything at all! They're lightweight and great for jogging and training around the gym. Plus they look just as BA in person too. ;) I'm very happy with them!

I bought these for weightlifting and they fit the bill nicely. I severely overpronate, so these were a no-go for all aerobics/extended walking/running. The color is quite bright, but I like it. They cut a little in the heel at first, but after a week or so they were broken in.

These shoes arrived super fast! I love the color; it looks orange in the picture, but it really is a bright neon coral. They are very lightweight and allows for my foot to be flexible, which is what I need since I use the shoe for a high intensity workout program. These are very comfortable shoes. I have only good things to say about my experience wearing these shoes! :)

Great shoes for cross training and lifting weights. The shoe is very flat - which is perfect for doing squats, lunges, etc... I wouldn't recommend running long distances in these shoes - these are strictly weight lifting/cross training shoes. Am very happy with the shoes. They are a bit narrower than I'd like, but it's an easy fix by wearing thin socks. Bought the lime green shoes and they are NEON - which is exactly what I wanted.

I really like these sneakers for the gym. If you work out at a gym these are great. They are light and comfortable. I don't wear them outside so I'm not sure how they would be but on mats in the gym they are wonderful.
