These are great jeans, but be careful: there are actually 2 different styles all listed under the same category of "529 Curvy Skinny." The first style (which I love) has a 2 button closure with a slightly lower rise (below the belly button) and shorter inseam (30" like it is listed in the description). The 2 button style comes in the following colors: glacier w/triple needle, black ink D7212, high impact w/triple needle, & western dark w/blackout. The second style (which doesn't work for me) has a 1 button closure with a higher rise (at the belly button) & longer inseam (about 32"). The 1 button style comes in the following colors: black sateen, darkest ace, indigo culture, & sun halo w/damage. My suggestion to Zappos.com would be to split these two styles into separate categories.

My review pertains to the 2-button style. They are awesome for someone with a comparatively thinner waist and larger butt/thigh area. I could not be happier with them. I don't know how they managed it, but these fit and make me look really sexy. Like hourglass sexy, not like "crammed in jeans" sexy. I think I have a pretty good figure, but it is always so hard to find jeans! One thing about these is that the upper thigh area is a little bigger than usual, I think, so you don't have that feeling like they fit everywhere but the thigh, which makes it feel like it's constantly pulling down. A++ for the 2 button style. I'm about to purchase in more colors. NOTE!!! THE SINGLE BUTTON ONES ARE HORRIBLE AND TOTALLY MOM JEANS! I tried them on at Kohl's just now and it is a completely different style. I can't believe they are calling both of these by the same name. The single button ones have the high small pockets that make your butt look like it's dragging. Also the material was way too stretchy. I'm sure if you wore them for a day you'd probably hate them even worse.

These are my absolute favorite jeans of all time! High quality denim, fade resistant dye and a very comfortable stretch. As a pear-shaped woman standing 5'7 I found it difficult to find jeans to accommodate full hips and thighs, while still keeping that modern looking skinny leg that I love. I also am a huge fan of the mid-rise no gap waist band that practically eliminates the need for a belt. My only complaint is that they don't come in more colors or patterns as i'd love to own a different pair for every day of the week.

These are great jeans, comfortable with great style and they don't gap open in the back at the waist! Only thing I would change...if I could just find them about 2 inches longer.

I have a pair of the two button type and I thought that is what I was ordering, but I was sent the one button pair - they are ok and I hope they will fit closer after a wash in warm water, but they are not the same jeans. The one button is longer in the leg and has a slightly larger waist than the other style.

Per earlier reviews, Glacier with Triple Needle is not a 2 button style. At least not from Zappos. I have ordered it twice and have gotten 1 button, no triple needle stitch, both times. The single button fits well, true to size, until they are washed. (Washed in cold water and hung to dry.) The size 10 (30) now fits like a size 12. Very slouchy, which is fine for a boyfriend style, but that's not what I wanted. I am shipping back the second pair that just arrived and will continue my search. I'm a Levi's fan, always have been, but it is getting harder to find a pair that is not 30% or more polyester and elastic. The glacier are 98% cotton, but stretched out a lot.

I have a really hard time finding well-fitting jeans because there's about a 9-inch difference between my waist and hip. These jeans fit well straight out of the dryer, but stretch out weirdly after a day or two of wear. Specifically, the front of the crotch and the tops of the thighs get really baggy. The area around the ankle is always baggy, but it fits me well through the calf (probably because I have relatively larger calves). I'll keep the pair I have, but won't be buying any more in this style.

Two words: Mom Jean. As a curvy, size 8/10 (wide hips, full upper thighs, tapering to skinny calves and ankles--yes, I'm built weird!), it is not easy to find skinny jeans. I have a couple of pairs, so is possible, just not with these! I actually ordered the 10 in these, even though I normally wear an 8 in Levi's, because they didn't have the color I wanted in an 8. I'm glad I did get the 10--the 8 would have been very tight. The hips and waist fit well, but below the knees, they weren't tight enough to be what I would consider skinny jeans, so the effect was very mom jeans, even though the are mid-rise. These are going back!

I love the color of these jeans and they fit like a glove! I am pretty curvy and normally I have to wear a belt for all of my pants. But fortunately, I do not need a belt for these jeans!

Jeans are slightly stretch and hug nicely around the curves. I'm what they call a "thick" girl (small waist, wide hips, and thunder thighs) and these fit me really nicely!

These are the best jeans for the money. No waist gap and have a nice stretch to fit well. I'm 5'5" 120 lbs. and the size 4 fits perfectly. These do have 2 different styles. 1 with 1 button and the other with 2. The 1 button style is a bit looser but still fits great. Love these and so happy I finally found a style that is comfy and stylish without being low cut at the waist! And Zappos has the best customer service!

I was worried that like all other jeans these would not have room for my bottom or be too large in the waist. I was wrong! These are cut for curvy ladies with small waists and bigger bottoms. Enjoyed the fit so much that I ordered another pair.

Such a relief that I don't have to constantly hike my waistband up anymore; and I don't embarrass my son when I kneel down or bend over. Very comfortable jeans.

These are great fiting jeans. I wish they made them in a short, but I just hem them to size. I love them because they do not bag, do not sag and most importantly, do not gap in the back. They are also higher cut, so it keeps my muffin top in control. I am so glad to find jeans which fit!

I SUPER love these jeans. I usually buy a size 10 in most jeans but ordered a 12 in these because of the tad bit lower rise. The 12 was perfect! I don't like a tight tight fit in the bottom so these were spot-on. I plan on buying more!

They fit! I'm a 16 or 18 on the bottom with a smallish waist. I already have a couple pairs of the 529 curvy straight in 16. I was afraid these would be tight but in size 16, they are body-skimming, not body-hugging. I can sit down in them. I'm not crazy about the slighly lighter patches on the thighs ("glacier" color) or the whiskering in the back, and I may take a blue marker to the light-colored stitching in back. Also, size 16 has a 33 inch inseam, not 30, so I'll have to roll or hem them. But ... they fit! Getting ready to order another color right now!

Very comfortable jeans. Perfect fit for curvy figure. NO gap waist because they fit larger in the hips-smaller in the waist. very flattering on. Hope this helps.

I love these pants! The fabric is soft and has enough spandex for a flattering hold but not too tight. I am definitely buying another pair.

This was my first purchase of skinny jeans. I ordered a size 12 and 14 because I wasn't sure what to expect. I couldn't believe how perfectly the size 12 fit me (I'm normally a 12)!I feel great in them! They fit so great! I love them! Plus I was comfortable all day! Great with high boots or Converse tennis shoes! Highly recommend them to my curvy girl friends!

These are great jeans! I have an hourglass figure and have had a difficult time finding a pair of skinny jeans that fit in all the right places and didn't leave the dreaded gap at the back. Found them! These are comfy, look great and are priced reasonably.

These jeans allow mature women to feel stylish. The inseam on these jeans 32" which is great for me because I'm 5'8". The only reason I gave the comfort category a "4" is because the label scratches my back.

I am loving these jeans! I am a curvy girl, and finding jeans that fit and look good is always very difficult. These jeans have helped me update my look in a tasteful way. I will be ordering more of them!

I have just ordered my third pair of these jeans in Glacier and I love them except my third pair just arrived the other day and they are much darker than my last two pairs and much longer. I am going to keep them because they are by far the best jeans that I have found but I will have to either have a tailor take them up or roll them. Also, it does not bother me much but I can see how it would bother other people: the dark blue dye tends to rub off on things - my skin, my car upholstery, the tops of my shoes - even after several washes.

I have really muscular glutes and thighs, so while I typically wear a 6 in skirts I struggle mightily to stuff my legs into size 10 or 12 jeans and then either cinch the waist with a belt and have a wrinkly waistband or else spend the day constantly hiking up my pants. I bought the Levis curvy fit in an 8 and the size is spot-on everywhere. They stay up without a belt! The bit of stretch also makes them really comfortable. I'm considering buying the two-button style in every color (another reviewer also mentioned this, but the 1-button style looks vastly different and mom jean-ish to me). The one-star deduction is because I'm tall and would love 2 more inches of inseam to make them more versatile; sorry short ladies, but you can always hem while we tall girls can't exactly add more fabric.
