Not the quality FRYE boot I am familiar with. Thin cheap leather. Definitely not worth the money. Made in China

I wear a 9, sometimes 8.5...in this case the 8.5 was perfect - so these are just a tiny bit large. They are so comfortable, and I love the simple look. However the shiny finish in my opinion really does not suit these at all. Even my husband also found them to look really tacky. The shine cheapens the camel leather and it looks like fake, cheap orange vinyl. I think Frye boots are top notch and just wish that the shiny finish didn't cheapen the appearance so badly. I was hoping for a more soft, rustic authentic looking leather I suppose, and not so shiny and orange (the camel is much oranger than pictured).

I give up! How can anyone expect a customer to purchase a pair of Frye boots for this much that are low cut! I am so disappointed. This is so frustrating!

So I was super skeptical of these boots after reading the reviews...People were complaining the leather felt cheap or the boot was impossible to get on. I have a high arch and a wide foot so it didn't sound promising. I kept trying to find a different brand that had a zipper or maybe a thicker leather. After much debate, I ordered them. I just loved how they looked. First of all, getting them on was easy. I put on a nylon sock, held the boot parallel with the floor until my foot felt resistance, then stood up. The boot slid right on! I walked around in them a night with the nylon sock to loosen them up. With actual wool boot socks, I did have a little trouble getting them on at first. Now that they are broken in, no problems. Oh - and I got about 50 compliments the first night I wore them to a big party. I'm a huge fan of these and wish I would've snagged the camel pair before they sold out.

This is the second pair of Frye Anna Shorties for me. The first pair have been very comfortable and I like the classic look. However, I am hard on heels (wearing down the outside edge) and I had to replace the heel cap at my local shoe repair shop after just a few months of use. I don't know why Frye uses such a thin heel cap. I understand that they will repair them but I did not want it replaced with something just as easily worn.

Great Frye boots. Perfect height and beautiful leather. Only thing I would say I have an issue with is the width across the toe area seems very narrow, but I think with a few more wears they will stretch just right.

I fell in love with this boot the second I saw it. After reading the reviews I was torn, but went with my gut and ordered them anyway. Great choice! I couldn't decide between the camel and the grey so I ordered a 9 (my usual size) in both. Both colors were beautiful but ended with the camel. I found the 9 to run slightly small, this boot does have a more narrow toe box. I exchanged it for a 9 1/2 and it fits great! I was concerned with being able to get the boot on per reviews but didn't have any issues with either size. This boot is a great height for athletic legs, it hits about 2" below the fullest part of my calf and I can comfortably get a skinny jean in it with room to spare. Exactly what I was looking for and Zappos made it happen with quick delivery, returns, and exchanges! Now I just need some cooler weather so I can rock 'em!

I love these boots! I am thinking about getting them in another color. They are very comfortable and easy to put on. They are not bulky and are perfect to tuck in your skinny jeans. A new favorite for me!

These boots worked well for me. I have worn Frye boots before. I have a narrow foot and I don't find I am swimming in these even though they are a regular width.

These boots are great. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a well made boot. I chose this style because I liked the length of the shaft. The color is much more rich in person.

So glad I got these. Would recommend a half size up because they are a bit narrow and especially if you want to wear a thicker sock. Otherwise thin leather but good quality.

These booties are gorgeous! I ordered and returned several pairs of Frye boots before receiving these. Every time I wear them I am always getting many compliments. They look super cute with skinny jeans. Love the camel color.

This is my first pair of Frye boots - I love them. They do run a bit narrow for my feet, but in just a few times wearing them the leather is softening up and they are getting more comfortable. Color is rich and lovely dark brown too.

Love these! Great Frye quality and style. I like them because they are a bit western, but also not too much to make them more versatile. Skirts, jeans, whatever...great style. Comfy! True to size and a nice heel height and shape to make walking comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

Love this boot! Great to wear with jeans tucked in or out. Also looks great with skirts. Runs a little big. I went with a size down. Color accurate from website. Fits a narrow foot well and is very comfortable. Definitely going to wear these for years--I know they will hold up and stay in style because they are Frye's!

Love this boot! Unfortunately, I have a high instep and could not get the left boot onto my foot. Bummer! :-(

This is actually a beautiful color. Dark almost indigo - a subtle and unique change from the usual without being too weird. This is probably a little on the narrow side - it would have to be if it fits me. Nice leather. Classic look. Can't comment on the comfort - haven't worn them yet but they are fine just trying them on.

Beautiful boots, soft leather. I usually wear an 8.5, sometimes an 8 in sandals or a 9 in boots. I went for a 9 in these in order to fit in socks. My feet are wide in the forefoot and the 8.5 was narrow there. The 9 is a little long but the width is comfortable. This is my first pair of Fryes and I love them! Great with leggings/tights or skinny jeans.

Frye is an awesome shoe maker! These boots do NOT disappoint totally cute with a dress or pants. I have a wide foot and these boots fit perfectly.

I have been looking for a short casual boot for long time and found this one to be exactly what I wanted. They were extremely comfortable from the very first time I put them on. They have been my go to casual footwear since they arrived on my doorstep!

Love the soft leather and comfort of all Frye boots. Absolutely perfect. Worth every penny.

Beautiful boot. The leather has a rich look and feel. Love the low heel, not chunky looking. They were just a little too low to work for my portions. Would recommend to those looking for a low boot.
