I have had a pair of original Teva's for about 20 years. They finally needed replacing, was excited to see an orange color. The sandal fit well EXCEPT for the heal strap position. It is WAY TOO LOW! It easily slips off my heal. So disappointed that this design change means I cannot wear these anymore..

I generally have a hard time finding shoes that fit well because I wear a size 7 (the smallest mens size in most brands). I figured Tevas would fit well because the size 7 claims to be 25cm and my foot is 24.5cm long. I received my sandals yesterday and they measured out at 26.5cm, too big to consider keeping. I really like the style, and they seem really comfy, but none of that really matters if my toes are blistered and I'm tripping over the front edge of the sandals:(.

It was not at all what I was expected. I was expecting the same walking comfort and fit that I have had from my poor, worn out TEVA sandal which I have worn for over the past 1.5 years here in Florida!! It is elevated probably by about an inch in the heel and built so much better! It is amazing and what I would give to find it again!!!

I purchased two pair of TEVA Original Universal sandals within the last two weeks. Having bought the product consistently over the years for their comfort - the footpads were smooth - and style. I am dismayed that the footpads on the recent sandals are now grooved and rough, very uncomfortable against the soles of my feet. Not a good change on the product!

I so wanted these to work, but they just did not work well for wider feet. Also, because there are no half sizes, you either have to go up or down, and for me that meant that the straps didn't line up correctly and ended up cutting into my feet. I think if you have slightly narrower feet and do not wear a half size, these would probably be awesome, because the footbed is very soft and they are pretty open like flip-flops but allow you to adjust the straps. They also come in a lot of cute styles. I found that the Teva Terra Float Livia ended up working out well for me, after trying many Teva styles. I would recommend that, in a half size up, for people needing a little more width and some moderate arch support. The Teva flip flops are also comfortable.

My old ones were contoured and had more arch support. Could not find them on line.

The sole of his dangle is pretty rough and ridge-y. It takes some getting used to.

Feels very light and and comfy but I have sticky bones on the triangle side of the shoe which makes it painful to wear.

I bought these sandals by recommendation of my foot surgeon. I have purchased the Mush II flip flops (3 pair) and LOVE the smooth, soft material they are made of and the fact that they mold to your foot for comfort. These sandal seem to be made of a lesser quality material and have a texture that is not very comfortable on the bottom of your foot. I did appreciate that they are so adjustable for a nice fit, but would have preferred they were made of the same quality material as the flip flops. Overall, just OK. Was not happy with the price I paid for them even at 30% off. Still a fan of the Teva brand, just not this choice.

US size 8 was barely big enough. These Tevas are sized incorrectly.

I really love these sandals and wear them a lot, but I thought that for the price I was paying for them that they would be more durable. It's only been 2-3 months and the front of the sandal is coming apart in layers. One of my friends as another model of sandal from Teva and they are coming apart in the front too.
I really like this brand but it seems like some of their sandals just aren't up to par.

Bought these new Tevas for my husband, who has worn his previous pair almost continuously for the past several years. When the new ones came, they were MUCH lighter-soled than the old ones he loves, and he is not happy with the new ones because they feel so much cheaper/thinner in the sole. I love the webbing, though, as it is a perky blue pattern and the sandals look great on his feet.

I had a pair of Teva's probably from 15 years ago. The part of the Teva that touches the bottom of the foot was much more comfortable then. The one I bought is rough. Also the pattern on the one I had could be used at work, walking, water sports it was very durable. I do not feel this one is.

Disappointed in these. I bought them to replace my Teva's that I finally wore out after 8 years. Love the color/fit but after wearing them walking in a city for only about a total of three days, the front sole started to separate in the middle.

I wore them walking around my college campus and light hiking but the strap broke after a month of wearing them. I really like them but I don't know if the quality is poor or mine had a defect but it was very upsetting.

i ordered these in pink/grey and was impressed with the style, they are a nice nod to the classic tevas i grew up wearing.
however, i am very unimpressed with the quality of the rubber. after wearing them for merely 3 month, the rubber soles have cracked in half. i primarily wore my tevas walking about town and going to restaurants, by no means any streneous activities. I am dissapointed because i wanted to like these, and i do like their style, however the quality leaves much to be desired. I would suggest buying a different style.

I brought these sandals on a trip with me, assuming that they would be good in water. I was wrong. Once they touch water they become VERY slippery which made my walking incredibly hard. With water the leather also frayed. Everything else about the sandal was great.

I was told Tevas were very comfortable. But after wearing them for a week-2 weeks my feet are destroyed. Blisters in 4-5 different spots on each foot. And an ugly tan line to boot.

Love the shoe, style, color and fit but after having them for not even a month, the bottom part of the sole started to rip off. It ripped off the front of both the shoes and the back of one. They have only been worn at my job at the marina and not even hiking or any strenuous activity.

been buying teva for decades; use to be the greatest thing out there. Now they are cheaply made with poor durability.

I never review items, but nobody loves these sandals more than I do. I love the minimalistic look that goes so well with athletic wear as well as dresses, making them highly versatile. The footbed is so wonderful. I ordered size 5 and they fit perfectly in terms of size. However, there were some glaring problems. The triangular plastic that sits on the outside of the foot (on the toe) is painful, which is only noticeable after a few hours of wearing them. I loosened it up and my toes slipped right through. There was no happy compromise there no matter how I altered the straps for my toes. The other problem is the strap around the ankles - the top strap pinches the ankles when bending, and the back strap sits surprisingly low on the heel, so low that I am amazed that I have not read anyone else report this. Again, I tried adjusting the straps. I wore them several different ways over the course of a week and nothing helped. I am heartbroken. I did not want to let them go. I am trying my luck with Chacos, next. I have never had problems with buying shoes, so I found this very disappointing but I do not expect to have any additional trouble finding something else (they just will not be this stylish). I would keep these sandals and wear them for short periods of time if I did not plan on traveling abroad this summer and spending days walking through tourist attractions.

I loved the older version of this shoe, had padded footbed & straps were more cushioned. I've bought several pairs over the last 20 years, walk everywhere in them!! soles are finally wearing out on my last pair, am sad the new version is not nearly as well-made!
