These are comfy and fun to wear! The straps are soft and thr fringes make them even more comfortable where they touch your skin. I haven't worn them for really long periods, because I would want more arch support, but for walking short distance, errands, etc. they work well. Would buy them again!!

I wish I had realized that the velcro for the ankle strap is on the front, rather than on the back (around the heel). This makes it so that tightening the ankle strap velcro causes your foot to slide further back in the sandal, rather than further forward. I typically wear a 6.5 or 7 wide, but when I buy a shoe that doesn't come in wide sizes, I go with a 7 for a bit extra room. This unfortunately means that I have a little extra room by the toes, and after walking around my house a bit, I noticed that the front of the shoe would sometimes catch and trip me up a bit, particularly on stairs or carpet. Since there's no way to keep my foot further forward in the show, I'll be returning this pair, but might give a 6.5 a try.

Teva Original Universal sandals are great river shoes, they grip the bottoms of my feet and the soles grip the ground/underwater rock/sand/gravel. This style is better than water shoes to let grit flow away. They are comfortable just for walking too, adjustable for a wide size. I am happy with these shoes, thanks.

After trying on the comfy Teva Verra, this Universal insole was a letdown. Plus, the strap felt like it might rub against the outside of my foot, near the pinky toe.

I really like these sandals, very comfy. Wore them on a camping trip all through California. They performed really well on all of my hikes. One negative though- I wore them into the campground showers to keep my bare feet off the floor and these sandals remained damp for days. The foam material on the sole really absorbed the shower water and held onto it for days, despite letting them sit out in the sun to dry. I will continue to wear these but I was hoping they could be the only shoe I'd need without packing separate shower shoes.

I love these shoes and have worn Tevas for years. But I wish they came in half sizes. Size 9 is too big and size 8 is just a little too small, but better than size 9.

I have always worn Teva sandals. Every other pair I have worn a size 7. Now apparently I have to have an 8. This is my 6th pair of sandals and now they run small. However, they are fabulous sandals. I bought these to replace my very first pair, that lasted 15 or 16 years!

This particular style of Tea is much lighter than most..,AND cheaper than most...yet I like that they are comfortable and good for a late
evening walk with my dog.
