Ordered a product from them and it promised a free keychain with purchase and they DID NOT send it! I called customer service and the women was absolutely rude and I help and at. They did not even send me an invoice either in my package. She said it was because they were trying to save paper but I order the smallest package and it came in the biggest box ever. So disappointing.

I'm disappointed and would either like my money back, or to get a replacement pair. I've been wearing Tevas for my whole life as a river rat kid in Montana, but this, my newest pair, was a let down! I left them to dry out in the sun, and the soles shrunk! When I bought them they fit like a lake girl's dream, and now my toes and heels hang off! What gives, Teva? I'm bummed.

It is under the title "Original Tevas." I owned tevas in the 90s. These were not original. He material is great but there is a built in arch support that doesn't fit everyone's foot and isn't noted in the description. I would rather them not have an arch support and be flat. Also they have a heel rather than being zero degrees. I was unable to wear them due to the fixed arch built in the Teva.

Nice shoe but the soles separate from the main shoe after only a few wearings. I purchased two different Teva type shoes and had the same issue. Company doesn't respond to this issue.

I'm a 71/2, I order an 8 because the 7 was far too small my foot couldn't even get into it. The 8 is giant. It's far too large on my foot and is dangerous to do any hiking in due to the improper fit. The plastic triangle rubs against your foot and is so uncomfortable also.

The straps are too short over the ball of the foot! Sandal fits fine, very cheap on the length of the straps.

My first pair of Teva sandals were the sun & moon pattern and bought in the 90's. They have been everywhere with me. I keep going back to them because I can't find another pair as well made or comfortable. I have sent emails to Teva and BEGGED for the sun & moon pattern to be brought back. I have also begged for the classic flip flop to be made with classic patterns and solid primary colors---which I will buy in every pattern and color if you will just make them!! I was SO EXCITED when these came out and I was SO SAD when I got these and they did not fit!! The toe strap is so far back on the foot that my feet look like boats and my toes look like snakes!! These need a serious re-design!!

When I started to wear the Original, the back strap was adjustable. Now it is not, had to take the last pair I bought to have the back strap made adjustable. Love these, live in them all summer here in NJ, but will not purchase because of that.

I have always been a fan of teva's wore them for many years. They have done this thing so commonly known to us today . Downgraded the quality they cut into my feet cheap quality everything sucks ruined everything about teva's. Uncomfortable I can't wear them 2 days in a row without wounds. Razor sharp cheap nylon straps. Not the company they used to be sorry for them

I've worn Tevas faithfully for years and have always loved them for being light and airy -- and really supportive. But these seemed awfully thin, flimsy, and unsupportive, causing me to return them right away. I guess this is the base model, but I expected more from Teva. One problem is that that the Teva website doesn't give enough information about each model for a customer to know the differences and make an educated choice. I know there's another Teva out there for me, but how would one know from the website?

The plastic piece close to my left little toe took the skin off the side of the toe, leaving a painful sore that has been very slow to heal. I would like to return them but the return shipping would be cost prohibitive.

I am sorry but I was very disappointed. These are not what they use to be. I had a pair 20 years ago and they were substantial, not so flimsy. They were adjustable around the back of the heel. They had a nice arch. They were thicker in the sole. These did not fit well; they cut into the side of my little toe and hurt. I miss my old teva's; really sad. Change is not always good.

I returned this pair of sandals. They seemed "flimsy." I have worn different types of Tevas for many, many years, and this is the first pair I have not liked/loved.

I wanted to like this because I love my two other (black and red) pairs of "very original" Teva sandals that I have had for over ten years which have a cork sole and leather footbed. The EVA footbed in this sandal had a rough texture that felt like a cheap flip-flop. The nylon straps were stiff. I liked the earlier version where the straps divided off the triangular piece near the toe and attached to the sole at two different points; and the straps were leather. I knew this would not be the same, but I really wanted a white Teva sandal, so I thought I'd give it a try. I will be returning them. Are you listening TEVA? I will be first in line if you make a white leather sandal with a flat cork sole.

I have a pair of Teva sandals I've been wearing for nearly 20 years. They are extremely comfortable. I wanted a pair of similar sandals in black so I ordered these. The insole has a raised pattern on it and it hurts my feet to even walk a few feet in them. My old sandals have a smooth insole.

Not even close to "Originals". Heel strap does not adjust-fits poorly now. The sole is a cheap "shower sandal" material, that is way too soft, has little or no arch support, and in no way, is made for any sport activity. Straps are of similiar inferior material. The true "Originals" were a fantastic product. Why didn't TEVA continue to make it, and THEN expand the product line. Cut so many corners on this product, that is truely NOT worth buying or wearing, even if free. It's that bad. Go back to way the orginal founder made them. I still have mine from the 90s. Rigid, hard, tough sole with quality straps that are all adjustable. Fit and wear=fantastic.

Need to replace my Tevas that I have worn everywhere over the years. Land and Sea. However, I do not like the foam type sole they now sport. I prefer the more stable and supportive lug sole of Tevas past. I sadly will need to look at Chacos, but they are not light weight like my Tevas.
