I am so disappointed. I placed an order for a multi color womens sandal and I received nothing close to what I ordered.

I bought the classic pair and they are made like rubbish. At least the company recycles the teva, so it doesn't go into a landfill...I've worn them 2 weeks snd they're made soo poorly.

The picture in ad is misleading as the product falls way short of the photo. Not only that, but previous purchases of Teva sandals were wonderful....nice looking and very very comfortable immediately. These were ugly and most uncomfortable. Good bye Teva.

I bought this original style, not realizing that the sole of the sandal is different than what it used to be. It is now a waffle-style ridged sole (the part of the sandal that touches the bottom entire sole of your foot). This ridged surface created cuts in the sides of the soles of my feet that became painful very quickly. I tried putting bandaids on my feet to cover the cuts, and I still got the cuts in the same places.

I still wear many Tevas from prior purchases. The "old" Tevas have a more sculpted fit. This only has a flat piece of rubber. Not a good fit,bad for my feet. Very, very disappointed. Would not order agin.

I've been wearing Teva's for over fifteen years now. My suntan lines are my Teva straps, and they are visible year round. I replace my Tevas about once a year because they are what I wear 250 days of the year. (I love living in California.)
I like the way these look, but they aren't very durable. The pretty threaded design on the straps has already started to unravel after just a few months. I'm not particular hard on my Tevas, I simply wear them walking.
If you are walking over an uneven sidewalk and come down a bit toe first, the sole of the shoe will generally bend backwards. This has never happened to me with any other pair of Tevas. It's an odd sensation.
I will most certainly recommend Tevas in the future, just not this particular style. This is the first time I've ever been truly disapointed with a Teva product.

They are generally uncomfortable no matter how I adjust them. The looked very comfortable in the pictures, but not so. Wasted my money

Unfortunately, no matter how much I adjust the straps, my foot inevitably slips off the back of the shoe. This creates a large space in front of my toes making the sandals look weird and easy to trip up on.

Like the look and feel but they're already coming apart after a month of moderate city use. Occurring on the left sandal at the end near middle toe.

No arch support leads to pain in toes and feet. Decorative but useless.

I have worn Tevas during the summer months for years. However, the sole of this shoe is extremely thin and floppy. The front part of the sole easily bends under when walking. I have almost fallen a few times because the sole bends under and pitches me forward.

Feel very flimsy. Strong industrial plastic smell when I opened the box. I had no idea Teva had such a low quality line.

Ready to bleed? The quality of the product over the past 10+ has greatly declined. The fabric is so ROUGH and STIFF that you'll love all the BLISTERS.

I was so excited to get these. Teva seemed like a popular brand and I assumed they would be good based on the reputation they have. Sadly, these are the most uncomfortable sandals I’ve ever had. The problem stems from a flaw in the design. The triangular piece of plastic that holds the straps together in the front rubs against your foot. Within two days of wearing these on and off the beach I have developed extremely painful blisters/cuts on the sides of each foot. I barely wore these and the damage was almost immediate! I’m so bummed but they’re really painful sandals.

Been wearing Teva’s for many years. Always liked them. These allowed my feet to roll in towards each other so as I was no longer walking on the flat bottom of my feet but more towards the instep of each foot. Very uncomfortable and impractical.

I just read the free 365-day return..." qualifying"..no catches or exceptions. Why in the world would I keep a new pair of shoes unworn with tags for up to 365 days and then return them. I wore the pair I bought for some time to discover that they really didn't wear well and didn't have much of an arch. What am I missing here? I can now forget about Zappos and move on.

Not what I was expecting. I have Teva walking sandals that I purchased a couple of years ago with the same solar design as one of the new pairs I recently purchased (online) and I expected these to be the same quality, but I was completely disappointed. The new sandals are cute, but nowhere near the high quality of my original sandals and, unlike my original pair, have little arch support. I bought two pairs because I love my original sandals, but I won't be able to use them for my daily walks as planned because they're just not sturdy enough.

I ordered this to replace some similar TEVA's I have had for years and use as slippers around the house. But the new version has absolutely no arch support. Its an expensive flipflop with straps.

I am wondering when I may receive a refund as I returned the sandals, as although "they were called original" they were not like my "original" two previous pairs".

The shoes were great. I though getting a discount for signing up was nice. I got my discount towards these and then got some on clearance didn't get the right size so I had to return. I didn't get a discount besides the sale price on the second pair but they still took a percentage of the discount even though I never got the discount on those shoes. It was only a few dollars but how wrong is that. Common sense to check how much I paid for them and send me the exact amount. Any bigger amount I would be bugging them about it.

1) Upon opening the box I noticed the soles of the sandal were misaligned.
2) theyre not a true fit, order .5 size larger if you get a pair
3) the plastic keepers rub your feet, especially your ankle bone
4) sandals are supposed to be waterproof, but after wearing them twice in my dogs pools, they have started splitting down the inside seam... could have to do with the soles already misaligned
5) have already 'molded' to my foot, toes and heel curl upwards
6) have already worn the heel in.
As a 135lb girl who wore them in my backyard for a week, these 'superb' sandals should not have this type of wear and break down.
