Bought this hat to be used just for hiking, but have used it for fishing, working around the house, and so much more!

While walking in a sunny day this hat keeps the sun away while maintaining my head from getting hot because it is vented. I like that it is easy to fold and put away, and it's ready every time.

I have two of these hats and have found of them to be the best hat for the temperate rain forest in which I live (the Southern Appalachians). We receive about 100 - 120" of rain per year and need good protection from our frequent downpours. These work!

Great hat. Protects my dome like a champ! Recently wore it while at a water park with my kids and wore it all day while doing the slides. No issues with going into the water with it.

This is a great rain hat! I wore it in Alaska during heavy rain and didn't get a drop on my head! The water just rolled off. I like the chin strap too.

I ordered in the largest size and found it to work for me. I like the coverage for a light to moderate rainy day and the adjustable strap is great to keep secure if windy; why I usually don't use umbrellas.

Bought this hat for my mom who goes on a lot of trekking trips. She loves it! It looks stylish and she liked the way the sides can stay up magnetically. Good for sun and rain.

Too small. I ordered this for a friend and he couldn't get on his head. Had to returned.
