A basic fleece that will serve us well during spring and autumn and as mid layer in the winter

I've been buying this coat for both my kids season after season. I noticed that this coat feels thinner than the ones I've bought in the past. I'm not sure it will keep them as warm as it used to.

Right fit and great quality. My son loves his jacket. It is very comfortable.

I gave it 4 stars only because I ordered a 2 sizes up and it fits just a bit small. My toddler fits a 2t so I bought a 4t hoping it would be a bit big with some room to grow since he is small. Unfortunately it will probably only get us through this spring not sure about the fall. On the plus the color is bright and fun, the material is soft and washes very well. I'd definitely buy another one in a bigger size.

Jacket is medium weight fleece. Sporty look. Well made & stitched solid. Great for busy, everyday use especially for buckling in and out of a car seat. Purchased a 4T-but buy a size larger.

Material is high quality. Nice and thick. Great for very cold days below 30 degrees. Would be even better with a hoodie; then it could stand alone without beanie or extra jacket. Loved by Kid and Mom.

This fleece jacket is perfect for fall. Put a little vest on your kiddo and it will work even in cooler weather. I like to put it on my son so he stays warm in the carseat without added bulk. Just a little disappointed that it runs small and probably won't last through the entire winter.

This is not as thick as I had hoped it to be. Its a pretty thin outer layer. It will probably be fine for San Francisco winter if worn over a sweatshirt. Material not as soft as other fleeces. Still keeping it but not 100% satisfied.

My three year old loves this jacket. It's comfy and warm. Fits well with a little extra room for growth.

Perfect for camping in the PNW! Love the fresh bright color too. Washes well.

The jacket ran quite small. I needed to return it for a larger size. I would suggest ordering one size up. Otherwise it is a nice jacket.

I bought this for my almost 2 year old. He's in 24 mos-2T clothing and I bought a 3T. It seems to fit right now. I bought it for spring. I would size up.

This is a great jacket for moderate temps. Love the color choices, especially the 'dark compass.' The jacket is narrower than expected, so order up a size. Glad we ordered the 3T for our 24mo/2T little guy. Arms are a bit long but can easily be rolled or tucked up. The width is still a bit narrower than we would like, but it works.

Great jacket for spring and fall. My son wears a size 2 right now, so I ordered this in a size 3 to give some room for growth. Maybe should have ordered two sizes up. But other than that I have been happy with the quality of this jacket.

My 14-month old outgrew his 12-18-month prior Steens fleece, so we got a new one, and had to get it in size 2T in order for it to be long enough, and big enough in the sleeves and chest. This is an oddly sized product. (For comparison, he normally wears 12-18-month clothes right now and fits in the 12-18-month Mini Pixel Grabber II jacket.) The length is great, the heft of the material is great for an Oregon winter and spring, it's okay in light mist (though would be better with a hood), the variety of colors is great and it's well-made. Overall, we really like it, and it's our second one. I took a star away because the arms are absolutely puzzling! First, they're super, super long. I have to roll them up on my son. (Again, I don't have to with anything else so I don't think he has short arms!) Second, they're super tight, especially at the cuff, and there's no stretch/give! The sleeves are very hard to roll up, and you certainly couldn't scrunch them up. So if you have a pudgy baby or a short baby (I do not), I'd say buyer beware on this. Arms could be a challenge. If you call into Columbia customer service, however, they can tell you the exact measurements so you'll know which size to get. I highly recommend that option.

The quality of the jacket was great but it runs a size small. Therefore, I had to send it back costing me a lot more .

Length is on the shirt side. My 3 year old won't be able to wear the 4T size much longer.

It was thinner than I thought it would be, and it runs a little small. My son will be 3 next week and I got a 3T, wish I had gotten a 4T.
