Warm and soft. It arrived on time and the directions were right. My son loved it and wanted to wear it as soon as he tried it. It is very thick and better quality the than other fleece jackets.

This product works fine, however I was told by the company it has PFAs. They are not providing a refund since it has been over 60 days since I purchased it. I purchased it a number of times in different sizes, after being told by a previous representative that it Columbia hasn't use PFAs since 2019. This information was false, as today after double checking, I was told they haven't completely discontinued use. And this specific product does have PFAs. To be fair, many do not, but this one and the other fleece Boys' Castle Dale absolutely does.
