Great coat! Very warm and lightweight! Length is good for colder days.

Love the warmth, function, pockets and that the fur on the hood is removable. I can be out in 20s and not feel the cold.

Super warm! Fantastic quality. I am 5'4" and about 155 lbs. I ordered XL and it fits great.

This is the only winter coat I own for the past several years and I have been wearing it daily. The quality is just outstanding - still not a single wear or tear, or loose hem, or stitch, or even a single thread; zipper still works as well as new. This coat is super lightweight yet extra warm due to inside fleece lining. It is very soft and cozy, feels like wearing a cloud rather than a plastic HAZMAT suit. Hood is deep and keeps wind and snow away from my face. I am 5"3" 107 lb 34B and XS fits like a glove. It does run tight in the chest and shoulders so if you have a full bust slim fit may not be achievable for you since you'll need to size up. Length-wise it fits me exactly as shown on a model so if you are a tall girl this coat will most likely barely cover your rear.

Best coat! Like wearing a luxury down pillow from a Hilton Hotel on your body. It is soft, fluffy, light, and warm. Here is the review info that I would want before buying. I am 5'7", 155 pounds, a 36C and have an hourglass body type. I ALWAYS wear a medium in clothing, coats, etc. I read the reviews of people suggesting to size up. I'm usually hesitant to do so because a large usually looks too big, too boxy or shapeless. I decided to order both the medium and large sizes. Sure enough, the medium was WAAAY too tight. I tried it on with only a thin long sleeve shirt on underneath. It was not even close. The large actually still maintains the shape of the coat and is not too big. I was really surprised because, as mentioned, I always wear mediums. when talking to my sister she said that, in her experience with Marmot, she usually has to size up too. So, I kept the large and now am the happy owner of the best winter puffer coat I have ever owned. Good luck. I hope this helped!

This is the best coat I've ever worn. I live north Alaska and this coat is must have. So warm and incredibly light . It's true to size, fits great on fleece but if you want extra layer get size up and definitely won't get cold ;)

Fit perfectly! Warm with secret pockets everywhere

This is my second Montreal coat. I bought my first one ~10 years ago and it was getting worn out so bought another one to replace it. It is very warm for the cold MN winters and a perfect length (covers your butt but still good for walking).

This is the third Montreal Coat I've purchased. I've had one for years. It's really warm and holds up well. I can wear a sweater under it. It's soft inside. The hood is great and the fur ruff keeps out the wind. I live in Minnesota, so I understand cold. I bought on for my college-aged daughter in black. I bought this color to donate because it was close-out. I thought the color was peachy from the pictures. But when I got it, the color was much prettier than I expected, almost coppery.

According to other reviews I bought it a size up and a bit worry because I got it as a final sale. So glad that size up was just perfect. The filling inside started coming off on the first day I was wearing it. Not sure if that's normal or it will stop. Anyway I like the coat. It is so soft, light, and keeps me warm on a cold day.

Sooo warm. Sooo comfy. It seems to run a bit small. I’m 5’3” 140lbs & have a large, so I can wear it with sweaters. The hood is large—when wearing it I can’t see lol. The pockets are fantastic… nothing falls out.

I just returned from a trip to Sweden and Estonia and I wore this jacket for an entire straight week. This coat is very warm but light weight. And, I did not have any issues with the zippers getting stuck!! I have gone through numerous jackets where I have had to break a stuck zipper, so frustrating. This coat looks great, it has a slim fit, which I like, so I sized up. I wear mostly mediums and I sized up to a large. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Coat -- I have it in two colors and it's wearing well after getting my first one 4 winters ago. Very warm and cozy for cold winter days.

Beautiful coat, and warm too. I took it to Sweden in the Autumn and it was perfect, stylish and very comfortable. I love the inside pockets and the outside zipped pockets. Love the color! Good purchase! It does run a bit small but that's okay, good motivation for me to loose some pounds.

I purchased my first Marmot Women's Montreal Coat 10 years ago. I liked it so much that I purchased two more since then because I was worried it might be discontinued. This coat is very warm and remarkably comfortable. Its stylish shape contours the body without excessive bulk, and the pockets are perfectly located. I've washed and dried my coats many times, and they still look great! If can say with confidence that if I ever need another winter coat, I won't need to hunt for one; I'll just buy another Marmot Women's Montreal Coat.

Best coat ever! I am cold all the time and never cold in this coat no matter what the temp.

This coat keeps me nice and warm in the cold North Dakota Winter. I recommend sizing up with you have wider shoulders or bigger ladies, as the jacket is tighter in that area. Besides that, I love the coat! The fuzzy trim also comes off - which is nice.

I purchased for my daughter to use at college and she loves it! Michigan winter doesn't stand a chance. My only complaint is that it does run small. She is a size 4/small in most brands and had to size up to a medium.

The best and the most comfortable coat, I use it for skiing. It is the warmest coat I have ever had. This one is the third one that I own.

I bought, and returned, 4 coats before I stuck with this one. It was the warmest and best designed. The cut is flattering so I look cool while staying toasty. The hood is the best - I love that the fur part is removable, but also that the entire hood is removable. And the cinching system is really well done. I have a Marmot tent and have always been impressed with the engineering, design, quality materials, and attention to detail. Super quality gear. 2 huge thumbs up for this jacket!

I LOVE THIS COAT!! The color is gorgeous, it is the perfect length, the faux fur color is really pretty and most important of all, it is super warm. I live in the Colorado mountains and this coat keeps me very warm on even the coldest mornings.

This coat has kept me warm on brisk days in the 20's. I love the color and cut of the coat. I'm broad around the shoulders and ribcage and it is snug even though I sized up.
