On the Zappos side of this order, they were speedy as always. As far as the product itself, it does its job on coverage, just enough, not too much or too little. They did stay in place because of the heel pad. When it comes to comfort, they are okay until you put on a shoe, which defeats the purpose of having a no show sock. There is a seam on the inside of the heel area under the inner ankle that has a bumpy seam. It is the same height as the top of my shoe. It makes my shoes feel tight and the thread used irritated my skin. I almost had a blister by the end of the day, which is what I wanted to prevent when I bought these in the first place. Overall, I am not thrilled with them but I am not unsatisfied enough to bother to return them. I personally do not recommend these socks.

These were way too big for my 8narrow foot. Order a size down. Zappos will work with you if you get the wrong fit.

I wear a size 8 and bought the MD/LG as suggested, but they are really big and bunch up in the heel, so much so that the sock comes out of the shoe. Disappointed.
