the quality was far less than I expected. They felt very cheaply made and I expected the black leather or faux leather the goes across the top of the foot to cover the foot, but my side of the foot is showing. I was very disappointed.

I’m so sorry these are not what they used to be…light sole, plastic-y feel to the insole, discoloration at the attachment locations. I’m so sad….

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL SANDAL, HOWEVER THE MOULDED FOOT BED IS PAINFUL. IT IS FIRM AND MOST FEET DON'T SIT IN THE CRADELED FORMED FOOTBED., WISH IT WAS JUST FLAT and padded. OTHERWISE A LOVELY SANDAL. I WOULD BUY ALL THE COLOR OPTIONS IF THE FOOTBED WAS FLAT AND NOT FORMED.

The quality / materials of this style have plummeted so that the cheapness of the insole and top leather make them uncomfortable. What happened to Fifi? So sad!

I don't order wides but I would have had to for this one to work. Too long and too narrow. Have to return. Beautiful shoe but sizes are "special".

Nuts. I've been eyeing these sandals for years and finally decided to order them. This particular pair ran very small on my size 9 foot. Could hardly fit my foot into the right one and the left one was very tight. Also, did not feel like the soft leather I expected. They are going back pronto. Grateful that Zappos makes it so easy to try things out.

These are the cutest shoes ever, however, after only a few times of wearing them they look horrible. The leather around the soles is completely off...they look like they've been worn for years...not just a handful of times. Very disappointed as they are so very comfortable and so cute - until you've worn them a few times.

I want to love these, but my feet refuse to give in. They are quite narrow for me and after wearing around my home for a bit the inside strap began to squeeze my narrow feet. Sorry, these must go back:-(

Very cute sandal, however, extremely hard and uncomfortable. I can't imagine spending this much for sandals that feel like I'm walking on wood planks. :(

I have worn Donald Pliner shoes, and this style, for years. This was going to be a replacement for a pair I had since years ago. They now feel cheaply made, lightweight compared to the older shoes, the leather was not cut as well...overall, you can tell they are now being manufactured somewhere else, with cheaper materials and with less precision. Terrible and disappointing! I will be returning these and NOT purchasing again..not worth the money!

At this price point, I expect for shoes to be comfortable and made of high quality materials. The leather strap is cheap looking, the insoles are hard as a rock, and the soles are shiny, slippery plastic... These are just uncomfortable cheap looking shoes for almost $200, what a disappointment!

Piece between toe of the left foot is very painful and stiff!!!

I have four pairs of Fifi sandals which are much older. The new models are not the same. Especially the footbed--the old foodbed was cork and was very comfortable and the foot did not slide. These newer ones have a very slippery synthetic footbed. I am returning.

BEAUTIFUL SHOES- HOWEVER, THE FRONT LEATHER (BY TOES) SCRAPS OFF AFTER ONLY TWO (VERY GENTLE) USES :(

This appeared to be a great sandal to accommodate dressy or casual, but within 3 weeks of wearing them the black started to flake off on the heel and toe area. Then to top it off, 3 months later the whole top gave way and for the price this was not at all acceptable! Zappos was great to respond. Before I buy anywhere else, I always check Zappos and will continue to go with them first!
