I was looking for a gladiator sandal that didn't have a ton of straps. This sandal seemed to fit the bill. I had never purchased this brand before so I was pleasantly surprised when they fit and were comfortable as well as stylish. Bottom line, it's a cute sandal that fits nicely.

I ordered these sandals after reading the reviews and I love them! They are extremely comfortable and cute. I have a narrower foot and they fit really well!

Great sandal! Very comfortable. Nothing rubs or causes blisters. I purchased the black pair last summer and wore them a lot. They are still intact, but show some wear which is reasonable considering the number of miles put on them and the softness of the leather. I bought the pewter pair this year. The pewter works well with just about anything. The shoe runs a little loose (ie the toe loop), but that is better than rubbing/constricting in my opinion. I wear them all the time especially since I work in a school which doesn't allow flip flops and it is difficult to find comfortable sandals.

Such a comfortable and stylish sandal. The leather is so soft. Looks even better on the foot than in the photo. Can't go wrong with these.

Beautiful sandal - great workmanship, which I expect from Franco Sarto. However, the toe loop hits my foot wrong, and I can't wear these! So sad to return them!

These are the kind of shoes that make you wonder how you lived without them. They've been on my feet pretty much non-stop since they arrived. I'm wondering what I was wearing last summer? Highly recommend these shoes!

I love these shoes. This is my second pair of them. I can walk all day in them. True to size.

These sandals are as soft as butter on your feet. There is no "breaking in" period. They're dreamy from day one. The look is elegant and funky, and can be worn with casual or more dressy clothing. I will definitely order this brand again.

I absolutely love these sandals! Super comfy and simple yet classic, they have a thin rubberish sole so walking in these sandals is a pleasure! The leather is soft and pliable so you can take them out of the box and off you go! Please excuse me...I need to go order the brown ones too!

I purchased a generic pair of strappy, brown, leather sandals almost 6 years ago to get me through a single summer. Yet, I've kept them all these years, to the point they are falling apart because I made the mistake of falling in love with a Chloe designer sandal as its replacement. At dollars less - this Moroccan inspired style is nearly identical and is classically still the craze against gladiator or casual thongs. This shoe is crazy comfortable and right out of the box to boot. I work in South America all the time and it stands the test of sweat and humidity well! (With no blisters from heavy walking.) The toe ring and ankle goring creates a snug, no friction fit. They are dressy enough for casual Fridays too. My only compliant is the brown color is more hazelnut/peanut butter than rich espresso/coffee. (IE it's a little too amber.) Still, I'm contemplating buying a 2nd pair just to keep for back up. Will buy Franco Sarto again!

These are my favorite sandals, ever. Period. They were perfectly comfortable for me, right out of the box. I think I actually said, "Ahhhhhh," when I tried them on for the first time! I do agree that they will eventually show wear with use, but for this price I will gladly spring for a fresh pair each season. Plus I literally wear them all summer long, and I am pretty hard on shoes. I keep the worn ones as my casual pair, and the newer for going out. I have bunions, and for me, these minimized their appearance. They also didn't rub in the least, which any more is nearly impossible to find in a shoe. I'll be refreshing my brown pair, and adding black, as well. (Maybe the pewter, too.) I have somewhat of a wide foot now, due to bunions, so this may run a bit wide for someone of more average width. Franco Sarto...I beg of you to continue making this sandal!

These are the cutest and most comfortable sandals! I have the blush color from last season. Maybe I need all the colors!

Nice sandals and super comfy. I generally wear an 8.5 to 9 and got these in 8.5 and fit is perfect. As for the foot bed wearing on it as many speak of I don't know as I don't wear them all the time, but rotate different sandals I own. Looks very nice on the foot!

Love these sandals right out of the box. No break in period. Perfect to the point that it bought a second pair the day my first pair arrived. I have a little bit wider toe bed and these worked fine!

This is the best sandal I've ever owned. Fit is perfect for me (I wear an 8) and the leather is supple and soft. Perfect nude color. I am thrilled.

Awesome! Very comfortable and the color is beautiful - very rich. Agree with other reviewers that it would have been nice for the sole to be leather as well.

I really like these sandals. The fit is true and the look is great. They took wearing them one time for about two hours to break in. Now they are very comfortable.

Super cute and way more comfortable than I expected! They even withstood a lot of big city walking during my summer vacation. I will be buying other FS shoes in the future.

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and cute for summer. They go with everything. I wasn't sure the leather would be soft, but it is. I did not need to break them in.

I bought two pairs of these last summer, in brown and black and loved them. I live in sandals in the summer. When I saw they had colors I had to have the yellow. To me, these sandals are just fun, and cute sandals. I hope that Franco Sarto will keep making them. To me, they run pretty true to size, but if you are looking for cushy sandals these are not them. Overall if you love sandals like I do, you will like this these.

Very cute and comfortable shoe. If you have bunions be aware that they will show in this shoe. If you value comfort over looks however, this shoe is great and would look even better on someone without bunions. I am giving it 3 stars for style because the strap could have been wider to hide the bunions.

Love these shoes! They were comfortable from the moment I put them on and stayed that way after a day of walking. The color is very neutral so they go with everything.

I love these shoes. I just ordered another pair in the sand color. They are comfortable even though they are not true comfort brand sandals. I had foot surgery a few months ago and I was able to wear these for a few hours without issue. I would not recommend walking around all day, but they are great for casual outings.

I love these sandals. The style is current, the color (beige) goes with so many outfits. Comfortable, and great quality.
