I am 60 years old and starting to have some foot issues, so this height is perfect. The arch support is good, curves nicely which is how it should be to support the arch, not at a straight angle. The red patent looks expensive. I bought my true size 8.5 medium. The shoes were a bit tight across the bridge, so I hit it with a warm hair dryer and stretched them a tiny bit and they fit great. With all heels I add silicone ball of the foot pads to keep my foot from sliding futher forward, and a bit of foam strip (Dr. Scholls) near the bump where a bunion is starting. I am debating getting the nude next!

Loved these shoes, however they aren't as comfy as I had hoped. I ordered the 10 and would need a 10W or a 10.5 but neither are available. The length was ok, but they were snug on my right foot (which is ever so slightly bigger than my left). Thought these would be a great addition to my wardrobe but I'll be sending them back. I just wish there were larger sizing options.

These are the perfect 'go to' heels for events where you have to stand or walk or dance for several hours. I don't normally wear heels - so they are my business meeting or evening event shoes. The red adds a splash of color that is great with black or navy dresses or slacks.

Shoes run small, I'm a size 7 had to order 7.5 and still a little small. Love the style! Over all very happy with my purchase and with Zappos services!

Stylish texture and gleam. Beautiful with slacks or dresses. Comfortable enough if you won't be on your feet for long hours.

I ordered then read the reviews. Yes, half a size larger is necessary. I am a solid 7½ and ordered such. They fit - but just fit. No room for my always helpful Dr. Scholls pad, no room for anything else at all and I knew these shoes could be the kiss of death on a long work day. So back they go for an 8. I have some summer high heel sandals from Michael Kors with same heel height and they are super sexy and comfortable so my objective here is get the same deal in a suede pump. I am pretty certain when the 8 comes in, I am good to go for the fall/winter circuit. If these shoes are what I believe they are (like my fabulous summer heels), I am going to buy in several colors.

This is a darling, versatile shoe perfect for fall but I'll wear it year round. I wear size 7.5 or 8, M or W depending on brand and shape. Due to the tapered toe I exchanged for an 8.5 and it fits well. It has a bit of texture, wood tone heal and the accent on the heel adds a unique twist to a classic pump.

This is a perfect heel for work (reasonable heel height) and to head out on the town afterward. Comfortable snug fit - I have a narrow foot, so wider feet might find this too narrow - but many cheaper heels out there (Nine West) just don't have that couture fit of a well-made shoe. The patent finish is nice and there is sturdy gripping on the sole/bottom at the toe to prevent slips. I highly recommend this heel.

This pump is very nice and I'm pleased with my purchase. I'm between an 8 and an 8 1/2 and I ordered an 8 1/2 just to be safe. It's a little large but with insoles and a heel grip, it fits reasonably well. The 8 1/2 was still large for me because I'm truly between sizes but I've made it work. It's a nice heel height and is comfortable for hours. The color is a true nude, not taupe or beige. The patent leather is really shiny and good quality. The small emblem at the heel adds a classy touch. This is a sexy shoe. I will wear this shoe often. A higher heel would not have worked for me because any heel over 4 inches, is really uncomfortable. This heel height is about 3 1/2 inches. It is the go-to shoe style for the fall of 2014. It really elongates my legs! This shoe will go with any outfit. On Zappos, it was less than another website I checked. Overall, I give it my highest rating.

I ordered these pumps in nude, which I see they no longer offer on Zappos, so I'll review the red instead because presumably, they fit the same. I am between an 8 and an 8 1/2 and in closed toed shoes, I'm an 8 1/2. That's what I ordered and they fit perfectly. The pointy toe is definitely sexy and the leather is really nice. The heel is a comfortable height (any thing over 4 inches and my feet rebel). These are 3 1/4 inches, which means I can wear them all day without suffering. It will take a little getting used to the pointy toe, but that's not really an issue for me, its just been awhile since I've worn that style. There is not much arch support, but I don't really need it. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase. Incidentally, Zappos was cheaper than another site I checked.

Love the shoes. Love Zappos. Beautiful, flattering shoes. Make sure you order a size larger. I didn't and had to exchange the original pair. Zappos is speedy and I will use them often.

I love these shoes! It was my very first purchase from zappos.com and online in general! My shoe size is 11 and they fit me perfectly. Everyone complemented me on this pair of Michael Kors pumps!

I have worn a LOT of heels and these by far are the most comfortable of the bunch. I wasn't crazy about the patent look but, they are not terribly shiny and they go with everything. Love this shoe. Classic but sexy due to the shape and the edgy little "snap" on the back. I now own the nude patent and the black.

Gorgeous shoes and agree that ordering 1 size larger is best on MK pointy shoes. Returned smaller size and Zappos is so great on their free quick shipping both ways so keeps me buying from this site.

Loved the gorgeous shoe and the heel height which is perfect for routine wear. Sexy but comfortable. Matches perfect to Michael Kors purse that was important to me. A bit tight though so I probably should have ordered a 7 but the 7 was out of stock right now. In future I know now I should have ordered 1/2 size bigger since it has a pointy toe, but I was hoping would fit.

Very comfortable, easy to walk in. The rubber sole ensures a good grip on slippery surfaces. The pointy toe means you should go up a half size. Classy!

Very comfortable! Toe is not too pointy but gives a lovely line to lengthen the look of my leg. Nice bright color, warm tone. I am very happy with this shoe - can be casual or dressy depending on your need!

Great shoe, true to size. I would have preferred the heel to be 1/4-1/2 inch higher, but this was the best out of 5 other nude shoes I tried.

Perfect nude pump for day or evening. Comfortable, moves well right away, not stiff. As a 7-5, with a wide, medium width foot, I always go up a half size on pointy toe pumps or flats. Great price too

Great shoes! I searched for a long time before I decided on these. They're conservative, yet trendy. They go with everything. Run true to size. They're a little stiff at first, but now my very favorite pair of shoes.

Zappos rocks and so does these shoes! I ordered 2 pairs yesterday, one in black leather and another in nude patent leather. Zappos delivered them today, within 24 hours, at no extra cost! Coming to the shoes, they are awesome! They fit true to size and are super comfortable. The patent nude has a tiny bit tighter fit, than the black leather. But that's pretty common with patent leather in general. I am sending the nudes back though, not because of the fit, but because there was a tiny scuff mark on one of them. I called customer service, and they were very nice and helpful. Had a smooth exchange. Expecting the replacement pair tomorrow. I wish this did not happen but overall I am happy with the transaction.

These pumps are perfect and comfortable right out of the box. Wore them all day with no problems. They are a new fave.

These shoes are wonderful! I rarely wear heels but these are so comfortable, I kept them on for hours at a wedding with lots of dancing and walking! They look great and are just the right heel height to look good and still be comfortable. I usually wear a size 7 but got these in a 7 1/2 because of the narrow toe and that worked out fine. I would definitely recommend these shoes!
