These are a redesign of the original. You can easily spot the difference if the Adidas logo at the heel is colored in white -- if it is, it's the original version. The originals had a more durable stiffer material, while these are a softer and more malleable. I've worn the redisgned ones for half a year now, and the spokes/studs have already begun to flatten and warp. I'm a 6' 180lb man, so I don't think I've been putting any excess weight on them and they've already started losing the "-ssage" part of their name. Their only saving grace is they're cheap. If you want an okay pair of slides these will get the job done, but know they probably won't last that long.

It does not feel good on the bottom of your feet although it claims to massage them.

It was stylish and the option to get adjusted was brilliant. Only I did not like the grip

The quality has drastically decreased with the new design. You pick them up and they feel cheaper compared to the old ones (lower quality plastic). They no longer support the arch, they are much flatter and weirdly wider now. The massaging nubs are also worse now. Why change something so beloved that work? Must be cheaper to produce them this way.

I would not recommend this product. Feels like cheap pair of slides. Quite rigid too.

My husband needed sandals with an adjustable band. That was the good part. But the foot bed was terribly uncomfortable for him. It was made of plastic little nubs.So they went back.

I bought it to wear at home because of the massage dimples on the insole. However, it has a big safety issue - within 1 hour of wearing it, I almost tripped 3 times - the front part of the soft rubber sole folded over! It happened several times over the next several days.

The size and fit are fine. The nubs feel good on the bottom of my feet when I wear them.
I have only worn them a handful of times but one of them already has a tear in it, which looks like it will "blow out" sooner rather than in a reasonable amount of time. This is not from a too-tight fit.

The product feels better to wear with socks but without socks it just feels really annoying and hurts eventually.

Listen to the reviews when they tell you: the material on this revision is garbage. I've had a pair of these every four or five years since 1997 and these are by far the flimsiest I've ever owned. The new materials are cheap and not worth the money. As far as fit goes, they seem to fit the same as the "old kind" but I constantly and inadvertently seem to always drag the toe part underneath which means I am constantly tripped over them.
I will keep them to avoid the hassle of return and finding a new pair from Nike or an equivalent brand, but I assure you this will be my last pair of Adidas sandals. Compared to the old design (which was a 5 out of 5), these ones are absolute junk. 2/5. Would not and will not buy again. Shame on you, Adidas.

I purchases in November 2019 and had to return after one day because the "nubs" on the footbed were too hard and painful.
Please note: I owned two Adissage sandals in the previous 10 years and I loved them. The difference is, the new model
uses a hard plastic-y opaque foam for the nubby footbed, whereas the previous models used a soft translucent gel-like
material. The new nubs are simply too hard. They hurt my feet and actually left indentions in the bottom of my foot.
The previous model had a wonderful "cool" soft feel. Previous models also had better style / aesthetics IMHO. As with
many Adidas products over the last 10 years, PLEASE GO BACK (e.g., Boston classic running shoe of early 2000's).
