These shoes tend to run small. I originally ordered a 13, my daughter's current size, and she could barely get it only. I ordered a full size up and it fits much better. Too big, but more room to grow than had I gone to a 13.5. The shoes are adorable and a comfortable, nicer alternative to tennis shoes.

Footmates work really well with my daughter's feet which are square and a little on the wide side. I love that they come with an extra insole to adjust width or in case I bought them slightly too big. And they don't make her feet stinky and she can put them on herself. I also love their classic style!

The leather felt stiff, but my granddaughter happily wore them frequently until she outgrew them. Although she wore them to school, including on the playground, they looked almost new when she passed them on to a younger cousin. I'm back at Zappos to order two larger pairs in pink and in red. They're expensive, but they'll always look good and wear well.

Super comfortable! They run a touch narrow but come with wide inserts that make the shoes bit wider.

Bought these last year for my 3 year old daughter. She’s loved wearing them as they are beautiful, match lots of outfits, are super comfortable. She can put them on herself for the most part and they have good support, which you don’t always find with toddler shoes. I highly recommend them.

Perfect for church or play. My 2 year old loves these shoes. They come with a medium and wide insert so you can choose whichever one fits better. The Velcro makes getting these in and off so much easier than having to use the buckle.

my daughter squealed with joy when she received them. the color, size, style are great. the velcro closure allows her to do it all herself. they run maybe a touch small, as my daughter is a size 9 in striderite and we got a 10.

I usually have to size up in this style- I’ve purchased multiple times for my daughter. They are classic and hold up so well- been able to pass down to my younger daughter each time!!

I bought these for my year old granddaughter and she loved them. They are well made and fit her quite well. So I bought another pair when she was two. I was so happy that they changed the buckle to a Velcro closure as she is quite active and buckling them was a challenge. I hope that these continue to be available as she grows older. She is three now.

I just love these shoes, I wore them grown up so it was only right my daughter gets to wear them we have every color. They are just the cutest for lil girls and goes with almost everything

I love the footmates black patent leather Sherry 2 shoes! They are durable for running around outside and still look good to wear when dressing up! The 1st pair we had still looked almost new after wearing almost daily until she out grew them. The 2nd set of wide inserts actually do work if shoe seems to narrow.

True size. Need some breaking-in before long wears but very cute!

These fit perfectly and were true to size. My daughter is 22 months and normally wears 5.5. These fit with a little growing room. Such a classic style.

This is our 2nd year to buy these shoes, my daughter loves them! They are comfortable and hold up well. They can be dressed up or worn casually. They are the perfect fall & winter shoe! I always order a size up, they tend to run small.

These were great but ran big. I returned for a smaller size. Even being too big they didn’t appear too wide for my child with a very narrow foot. We have a hard time finding shoes that work with her narrow foot so glad to find these!

Fit well and broke in very easily. She needed some bandaids the first two days, but otherwise has been fine. The leather holds up well as my 6 year old daughter has been wearing them to school 4 days/week.
