I have a 9.5 AAAA foot and with the exception of the Munro American Gia that I also recently ordered, have never had a shoe that was too tight! These Pisces shoes were so tight they were very uncomfortable. I am returning them. I might have returned the Gia's, though they are tight, they are comfortable, but I spilled something on them during my test drive of them.

I ordered these in a 10 N. My foot is a true narrow and often times shoes and sandals that are supposed to fit are still a bit loose. Not so with these. They were actually too tight. The band across the toes squished my foot down so much it was painful! The elastic was also extremely firm. I normally like elastic because it securely holds a narrow foot, but this just didn't work. The foot bed does provide good arch support.

My foot is on the narrower side so I ordered a narrow - and the larger strap towards the ankle, thought elastic, was really tight. The foot bed has a rather substantial built-in arch that is rock hard. These would be too uncomfortable to do a decent bit of walking.

These are beautiful shoes. That being said, the left one fit perfectly. Since they run very narrow, I ordered 10.5 M instead of 10N, which is usually okay if not a bit loose. The problem was the right shoe. These have built-in arches and the right one hit at the beginning of my heel which, in the short period I wore them, was extremely uncomfortable. The left was great, so I can only think this is a quality control issue. Not something I would associate with Munro American, but there it is. Sorry guys. Please check the shoes leaving your factory.

I loved this shoe but after one evening out they were shot. A deep scuff mark (and I don't recall anyone dancing or stomping on my feet) developed on the gold lame strap over the toes. It was a very thin, papery skin of gold color ripped open in several places showing only a darkish leather-like material that couldn't be polished or refurbished to match the rest of the strap. One heel strap (elastic) on my right foot also kept slipping off during the night although the left foot band stayed snug on the heel. My feet aren't dramatically differing in size so I wonder if there was a problem in the fabrication? They were lovely shoes and just what I wanted--except the quality I've come to expect (and pay for) in Munro American was lacking. I've had many other pairs from this maker and this is the first time I've returned any for being an inferior product. No doubt I'll try again with Munro since this pair has proved to be the exception. Just wish I could have had this shoe for the summer months ahead.

I loved the color and look of these sandals. However, the straps were not comfortable on me, so I sent them back. Bummed.

Munro American shoes infuriate me. I always have to buy one size larger than all of my other shoes. The styles are beautiful but the fit/size is a pain. Thanks, Zappos, for the free shipping - or I would not be buying Munro brand. In addition, the elastic strap sits just below the ankle and it makes your ankle look twice the size it is. The front strap felt too wide and if were not for the fact that the other strap was too close and too tight to the ankle, I would have ordered a smaller width and longer length.

Loved the style and they were comfortable, except that the place where the back strap is attached to the elastic strap rubbed my instep. Sadly have to return.

These have the same footbed as the Donna. It is anatomical and very comfy but the AA is too wide for my foot. I was able to get the Donna (but not these) in both AA and AAAA and found no difference in the width. I called the Munro people and they said they use the same footbed for both widths. The difference is in the depth of the toe strap. I assume it would be the same with the Pisces. I love the style but I did find that the elastic at the upper part of the foot would stretch and then slap the sandal to the sole of my foot as I walked. The Donna would not have done this since the ankle strap is leather rather than elastic -- but both the AA and AAAA fit like mediums.

It was actually too narrow and too short.

I have multiple pairs of this shoe. However, this one feels as if the arch is in the wrong place in the shoe. I would call this a defective sandal.

Had to go up half a size to get the length right, but then the straps over the toes were way too wide. If they could be adjustable, it would have helped tremendously.

Darling, darling shoes-if only they fit… No give at all to the strap across foot width so if you have bunions don’t consider this shoe

The sizing is just off... the 9 is too short and the 9.5 is too long. These are just not right for my shape of foot.

I have worn the Munro Pisces for several years. The fit is so good for a person with narrow, flat feet. The elastic across the foot and ankle holds my foot securely. But this style the elastic is loose on my foot with a sloppy fit. Must send back.

These shoes were comfortable but I have them in the red and the dye bled onto my foot. Returned them.

Loved look of shoe, and would have loved feel, BUT the footbed was too narrow - painful on edges of my feet - this was a WW - Zappos has nothing wider

I bought them to wear during a three week trip abroad. Unfortunately they did not fit. I normally wear an 8M, but I have a high arch and and that's what didn't fit. The strap over the top of my foot was tight enough to be uncomfortable. It's a well made shoe and if you have a normal arches it will probably fit fine although it does run a little short so order a half size up.

I have PF in both feet and neuromas in my left. Need wide properly supportive shoes. I also have ridiculously wide feet with a high arch. Shoe choices are limited so these fall in the cute category. Unfortunately the straps across the toes and instep are giant elastic bands which have give but i still was very aware of them. I live in Florida and these shoes in the heat after a couple hours of walking, I knew that elastic was going to be a problem. I had to return them.

The Munro Pisces sandals are beautiful and high quality - but the foot bed is short. I would replace with a size up, but is out of stock. I am on the wait list!

What's wrong with Munro these days? Why aren't their sandals true to size any longer? I had to size up for the Mickie, not for the Kristal, and now these, on the same last as my Libras, as a half-size smaller than the Libras. When Munro makes a last I like, I'll a pair in every color. And it's a bonus if there's more than one style. But this is getting ridiculous. I'll still buy Munros because they are so comfortable as last for such a long time.
