I love these shoes. They’re grippy and comfy and I love wearing them with jeans. They’re just the right amount of casual and stylish. Not much arch support but I have high arches so it’s not terrible.

I have had an old pair of Adidas Skateboarding Seeley shoes for 7 years and they have always been stylish and comfortable but after that long period of time the soles have worn out as expected from any pair of shoes, but I wanted them to last a bit longer so I did an ugly repair job using shoe goo. It was a good thing because I recently started actually using them for skateboarding, or more accurately, riding the OneWheel. And out of 5 different skate shoes I own, Seeley are the only ones that perform the best despite their old condition. With these shoes I can feel and control the board more easily and my feet never get tired. I now have a brand-new pair and after only a couple days breaking them in I took them out for a 1 hour ride and they performed perfectly. I can't really explain why some shoes are so great for skateboarding/OneWheeling but I think these are the best by far. My second favorites are Busenitz which are quite different but they feel pretty darn good and give really good control on the board. I would say Busenitz hug your foot more but they aren't as flexible and you don't feel the board nearly as much, possibly due to the thickness of the soles. With Seeley I think I could ride all day long if my board didn't have to be recharged every couple hours. I'm partial to the suede variety.
