I'm currently on my 3rd pair of inov-8's and absolutely love them! They are so light and fit my wide feet (after breaking into them and drastically adjusting the laces to accommodate the width). The shoes do not constrict my feet since the material is flexible. I've used these shoes for hiking, gym, and just general errands. This is probably why they wear out so fast. I hope they continue this line! I actually have flat feet, too. If anything, these shoes has made my feet stronger and posture better. My first experience with this was a bit painful as I was transitioning from really supportive, thick shoes to something minimal.

These are super comfortable! I also tried the 240s, but as a female I felt the fit was "off". The 195s have more arch support than I anticipated. I've been wearing them for WODs and I'm pleased with the performance and design of the shoe. I wear a women's 8.5, and a UK6--the UK6 fit perfectly. I would buy these shoes again.

Fits like a dream just like the original 195 Lite I own. The material is not as soft as my original 195, but it's gotta stand up to the rope climbs. It didn't take for the material soften and feel like my old 195.

These aren't the prettiest things but boy do they make up for it in comfort. By far the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Feels like you have slippers with support on. The sole is very soft and thin so would not suggest any activities with rough/rocky terrain.

I'm on my third pair of these. Love them! I CrossFit and these shoes are great for pretty much any workout that I do. Nice flat and stable for Oly lifting and excellent for running as well. I own my own CrossFit gym and am pretty much in mine all day long almost everyday. Even with my high usage I'm getting about 5-6 months from each pair.

I love them. They are very comfortable. I ordered half a size bigger because that is what I do with workout shoes. They feel great

Best pair of running shoes I've ever bought. Good for lifting weights as well as sprints on the track and distance running. Perfect balance between light weight and comfortable.

On my second pair of the exact same model. Use it for Crossfit. What can I say? It's the most versatile shoe for the variety of workouts at CF. You can do better for certain things by being shoe specific but this shoe overall just strikes all the right notes. You can run, you can climb, lift, do burpees, whatever! Fantastic shoe. Got the loud color this time cause it was on sale. Zappos is 5 star all the way.

Very comfortable shoe. Does not seem as narrow as the F 185. Shoe laces are longer than the old 185 which is a real plus. I use an arch support so ordered 1/2 size up and fits great. Definitely recommend this shoe!

The best shoes ever made. Buy these shoes. I walk a lot with my job in sales and needed a shoe/sneaker that looked good and provided comfort. They are also great to work out in but I use these shoes as my everyday shoe. It does take about a week to get used to the minimal aspects of the shoe but worth the wait. I took a US 11 and it is true to size - in Mizunno running shoes I am a 11.5

Awesome shoes that fit like a glove. I have not tested the rope-tec yet but looks like a sturdy piece of plastic covering the softer shoe cushioning.

Very stylish and comfortable shoe for working out. The best part is the lightweight feeling of the shoe, yet it still has a lot of bounce and foot/toe protection. I am excited to buy another pair.

Bought these for my husband after I got a pair for myself, and loved them! He does MMA but has to cross train when getting ready for tournaments. He loved them from the second he put them on. Can't imagine not having them in our lives! Great shoe and worth every penny.

Love these, they are my first Crossfit shoes. Very light - they feel like slippers. Not as wide as the Reebok shoes so they fit much better.

This my first pair but love them, they feel great. Also other people in my cross fit sessions wear them and they say they are great mainly for exercises that we do. Also in process of purchasing another pair.

Overall this is a really great shoe. The toebox is very narrow though, so if you need a wider toebox this is NOT for you.

Great shoes, very light and comfortable. I wanted them for P90X, but I use them all the time. Perfect size. Everybody tells me they are cool. Only problem: The shoelaces get un-tied easily, I double them. I am very happy with them.

I am on my 5th or 6th pair of 195's. If you are looking for a shoe that really allows you to achieve a proper lifting base, particularly with squats, deadlifts, etc., and transition into a sprint or run immediately, this is it. This is a great shoe. There are a few things to be aware of, however: I run 8-14 miles several days per week, and my pace has dropped about 45 seconds per mile with these shoes (from a 6:15 average to about 7:00 average). The stride is necessarily shorter and thus, more strides per distance traveled. More importantly, it took me about 4 months, yes months, to adjust to running any distance in these shoes. With the foot being able to travel more naturally, the achilles extension is like never having used your lower legs before. Sore! A year-and-half later, I can't walk in anything with a heel bigger than about 8mm now without tripping, and my calves are quite muscular. Also, like any quality running shoe, they will only last you about a month and a half if you use them for running. With that said: Once you adjust to these shoes, as you would for any minimal drop shoe, they rock. For cross-training, or multi-modal training, you will hard-pressed to find a better shoe.

I tried these on and several other brands in a local store but they did not have the color I wanted. I knew they'd fit and felt great before buying. I wear these as a gym shoe. I am not a runner. I wear these for heavy gym lifting/powerlifting and strongman. My old chucks were no good anymore and I was getting bad shin splints from walking with 400+ pounds. THese provide just enough cushion to help with that issue yet remain relatively flat and have a natural foot feel. very comfortable just to wear. Great grip for events such as truck pulls as well. I had a competition yesterday and the last thing I was worried about were how my feet were going to feel.

These are the best shoes I every had for crossfit. The ability to squat, perform WODs then run outside is great. There is no shoe better for an overall crossfit workout.

Best shoes I've had in a long time. Noticed a dramatic increase in performance after a few weeks in them. I've never felt more stable in any other shoe during my crossfit exercises. It's the perfect combination for powerlifting and running.

I got these shoes for crossfit and I love them! They're way more comfortable than the shoes I used to wear, NB minimus. I liked my minimus but they were awful for running on pavement. My inov-8's are great for both lifting and running, and they are super light!

These shoes are really awesome. If you want a super-light cross-training shoe, look no further. My old Nikes seem like lead weights compared to these. The styling is cool and I get a lot of compliments on them, especially because you don't see them anywhere. The comfort and fit are right on. There is not really much arch support, so if you need that, you might want to buy an insert. I have high arches and that is really not an issue with this shoe for me. My only problem is I want another pair of Inov8!
