I do a lot of yoga and most foam blocks will honestly do. However, if within your budget then these are the best in class. These feel higher quality, are denser, and are the perfect size. I prefer foam blocks to cork blocks during vinyasa as they are lighter and I can maneuver them more smoothly.

Bought thunder grey and the color is darker than the picture! I was exepcting the light grey but disappointed. They should change the photo

Very sturdy blocks. I am a new yogi, so use the blocks during practice as I am not as flexible as when younger. They help a lot in my practice! A must have on my journey to better flexibility and stress free life.
