Too short. Very heavy. Too bulky. Not comfortable at all.

With this shoe being a New Balance, I assumed that there would be ample arch support. There is none. The inside of the shoe is flat. The medium width of this shoe should be marked "narrow".

While I would have kept this tennis shoe I had to return it because it was too tight across the base of the toes.

The shoes are sized extra wise but they are so tight. And have such a pointy and narrow toe box that they are completely unwearable. I have worn New Balance for years. You have always had my size and I have been so grateful to have a roomy comfortable fit. But not these shoes!

Years ago I wore a 6 1/2 or 7. Sizing has changed, I realize, but I would need a size 9 in the style court shoe. The toe too narrow, and the shoe overall too clunky to play Pickleball in. Went back to An ASIC shoe.

I am returning. I have been wearing these shoes for at least 8 years. Something has changed. They felt narrower (I need wide and have always ordered wide). I was told to order a 1/2 size up...this did not work for width and they were too big in the heel.

Started with the 804 which was fantastic, I wore out the sole before the upper even showed any wear. Unfortunately the 806 is a cheap replacement; the upper wears out before the sole. Comparing the 804 to the 806, 804 leather-806 "cheap" imitation. The upper on the 806 is creased, cracker, and separating. The name suggests 'quality', the actual shoe shows 'poor quality'.

I have a pair of 3 year old 806's size 6.5 extra-wide that fit perfectly. They are the only pair of tennis shoes that I own. Sadly, due to lots of use, they are wearing out. I ordered 3 pairs of the same model, size and width. All three pairs are noticeably narrower than my original pair, and do not fit. What a disappointment! I will have to return all.

Ordering these shoes THREE DIFFERENT TIMES would be hysterical if it weren't so frustrating! First time, I ordered an 8B but received an 8D (wide); Second time I ordered an 8B but received a 8B left shoe and an 8-1/2D right shoe; the third time I ordered an 8B but received an 8D (the same box I received the first time). Even though Zappos offered a free third pair, it is a useless gesture if I don't receive the size I ordered. Am I asking too much to receive what I ordered?? Can these shoes be shipped from a warehouse that actually has the correct size in stock?!

This is the second order I've placed for these shoes and both times the shoes sent have NOT been the size ordered. The first time they were the wrong width (Wide not Medium), and the second time the left shoe size was correct (8B) and the right shoe was NOT correct (8-1/2D). Don't send this pair of shoes out to another customer!

I have loved all of my NB tennies except this pair. Too heavy on foot and lost my footing a few times. Will wear around house.

I did not like these at all. I usually order the Saucony ProGrid Integrity S2, but Zappos was out of stock, so I tried these. I have very wide feet (7 EE), and the toe box on these was tapered and very narrow. My giant feet stretched them out after a bit, so that was not so bad, but then they gave me blisters on my heel, and my heel shredded the back of the shoe. I will never order New Balance again. Zappos had my favorite Sauconys in stock again, so I got them, and my feet are happy once more.

Shoe is very heavy and uncomfortable. I was expecting it to a lot lighter for a court shoe.

Too much volume within the shoe taking up space where a wide fore foot needed the space.

I Have been wearing this model court shoe for several years. They used to be perfect. Now the fit is horrible. They are way too big. I am so very disappointed.

I've worn New Balance for 20 years now. I loved the look of this shoe, so I bought it online and I will be returning them tomorrow. The toe box is super tight and pointy and the heel is super wide and slips even with my NB insoles. If you don't ever want to wiggle your toes again, go ahead and buy these shoes.

I purchased the 10wide and they fell apart in less than 3 months. When I went back to the NB store where I bought them 1)they wouldn't do anything about them, 2) one of the workers told me they were too big. So, contacted NB directly, they offered me $75 towards a replacement pair. Went ahead and ordered a pair of 10 Regular width. They are way too small. Have tried wearing them 3 times, just too Painful!!! Not sure what to do about them. Wish I never ordered the 2nd pair as it cost me and additional $42 for a pair I can not wear. So disappointing.

I bought these based on my Podiatrist's recommendation for cardio workouts. They hurt my feet. I've added insoles and they still cause ankle and midfoot pain. I will donate these to local thrift store. There is no nearby NB retail store. Next time I will try them on before I purchase

I have bought these shoes and the same size forever and these now are way way too small. Everything about this shoes is uncomfortable and the quality has completely changed for the worst. I am very disappointed in New Balance.

The 2E width was narrower than the D width! What a disappointment. My orthotics require a wider size for one foot. May have to go to another brand after years with NB.

I play once a week in an inside court and after using these shoes for only three months, the whole front side of the shoes' seems completely tore apart. The stitching was very poor because at the end of that time span, I had two huge holes in my shoes. I don't recommend getting these shoes, or any other NB shoes with stitching's in the front, if you are a regular tennis player.

I have worn this shoe for past two years. In the last year, they have resized this shoe. The 6 was way too large. The 5.5 is way too tight. I just don't understand how such an awesome shoe could be changed for the worse. Very disappointed.
