These were much bigger than thought they would be

These are cute.. but they are too wide, I usually wear 6.5 W and my foot swam in them.

They're a bit clunky, but I'm wearing them for solo walks when looking fashionable is not a factor. I ordered wide because most athletic shoes in my size or 1/2 size up pinch toes on one foot. For this purchase, I decided to order my regular size in a wide width. Instead of being only wider, they are bigger overall.

This is a very stiff shoe. The fit was good but I expected it to soften up a bit but sadly no.

I don't understand why shoemakers believe all women have dainty feet, or, rather, they don't understand there are many women who work on their feet 16hrs/day and, over time, their feet widen. This shoe was not even a 2E in width, as posted. And I couldn't get my foot into the toe box to checkout the sizing or support. Back to MENS ugly shoes! :-<

I like the shoes but I do feel the toe width is a little tight. I was looking to purchase another pair of shoes and will do so but, I'll go back to the 928v3 which has more toe room.

It's not very comfortable or stylish.

The extra wide in these tennis shoes was too wide for me -- they kept slipping off! In New Balance Running shoes I take extra wide but apparently not in the tennis shoes!

It is unfortunate that shoe manufactures couldn't also produce shoes for those of us with bunions. I have tried many shoes, these were almost wide enough in the ball of the foot and toe area. These had to be stretched, but allowed less pain and redness on my bunions. Now I have to deal with the fact that the heel is Way TOO Wide.

The New Balance WC806 were purchased more for a walking shoe than tennis or sport shoe. The fit is good until the toe box. Too narrow for a medium width. These are good looking and sturdy shoes.

Too heavy and not breathable enough. Afraid I would have sweaty feet.

The key issue is sizing, these were the correct size (9.5 narrow) but were too short! I have an older pair of NB shoes at home that fit perfectly…so I would guess poor quality control in manufacturing

I returned these New Balance shoes because they did not fit well. Although I ordered my usual size for New Balance shoes (10 1/2 Narrow), the shoes were too short AND the heel was too loose (I have a triple A heel).

Beautiful shoe with excellent sole and perfect balance of cushion and rigidity for PF sufferers like myself. I would have loved to keep this shoe but it was extremely narrow. Next size up would have been too long and slipped off my heel; however, I may try it bc it is truly and excellent shoe for me. I'm 62 and my feet have changed. I can't wear garbage plastic like shoes or a mesh type shoe with no support. This leather shoe is excellent but NB needs to widen the toe box.

Too short - 1/2 size too small. No arch support.

These shoes felt tight and stiff when I tried them on. Maybe because they were all leather.

These were my go to shoe until I discovered the Aesics Dedicate, which feels much lighter on my feet. The New Balance outlast the Aesics, but Aesics are much more comfortable for me.

The extra wides were not extra wide, they didn't even seem wide. Since developing Morton's Neuroma in my feet about 6 years ago, I have to wear wide shoes. If I do, my feet don't hurt and haven't heard for years. After playing 30 minutes of pickleball (I usually play two hours 4 times per week), the neuromas in my feet were hurting. They have literally never hurt when I play pickleball. I'm sending these back. The extra-wides are not even as wide as the regular Brooks wides, so I"m going back to those. I wish I could wear court shoes on the court, but I'm stuck with running shoes, it seems. I'm just grateful to still be able to play.
