I got these in black and I love these heels! The Realove is very sexy on and comfortable. Perfect with a cute dress.

Beautiful shoe, but the top of the heel dug into the back of my leg and I couldn't walk in them.

Matches everything! Sexy too. Runs true to size and color perfectly blends with my skin. Instep a little steep as no platform in front.

The more I shop at Zappos, the more I fall in love with them! I ordered these shoes yesterday and they arrived today just in time for my brother's graduation. Bit on the slippery side but don't let that make you second guess this purchase. Do yourself a favor and add these beauties to your shoe collection. They will be a versatile piece that will forever make you feel amazing (hopefully they last that long).

I wanted a pair of shoes like this since I saw Charlize wear the Givenchy version (not in my price range). The Steve Madden pair still look nice though and are pretty comfortable once you break in the back that wraps around your heel. The strap moves so you can put the buckle wherever you like. There are a lot of ways to mod these shoes too if you google it.

I have these in black suede and I was looking for a sexy red heel. I bought the size seven. Great fit. Right out of the box I wore them for five hours and had no pain at all! Zero breaking in time. Highly recommend. Gorgeous shoe!

I have these in black patent. A very sexy shoe! My husband loves them. I'm older but have little trouble walking in them. Very stylish, sexy shoe!

Classic, sexy heels... Every women needs a pair of this style in their closet. I wouldn't plan on walking a lot in these but they are too cute.

These shoes are really cute but they are not comfortable. Because they lack a platform, your foot is at a pretty steep angle and the ankle strap completely cut up the backs of my ankles. Regardless, I'm keeping them because they are so cute. I'll just save them for special occasions and bring Band-Aids.

I'm not really a Steve Madden fan, but when I saw these shoes, I had to have! Have not worn, but I can't wait...I have the perfect pair of white skinny jeans.

These are gorgeous on the foot! I bought the black patent. For a sky-high heel they were surprisingly comfortable. They only problem I had was the ankle strap rubbing the back of my leg after several hours.

Style okay. Quality okay. Comfy? So so. I keep them, but I am sure not for dancing much on them. But pretty things, I am from Europe and I can tell you that those shoes cost double there.

Love them. They are a bit tricky since I have gotten used to platforms, so if you have arch issues, this is not the shoe for you. The ankle strap is forgiving for those with a larger ankle circumfrence. The comfort is to each their own, discomfort kinda comes with such a simple two strap detail. they are on trend right now and very chic, perfect if you want your pretty feet on display without a whole lotta noise. Im pleased with the quality and overall decision to purchase this look.

These are beautiful shoes. They are simple and sexy! The purple suede and the black patent are gorgeous colors. Unfortunately I had to return them because the heel was a touch too high. Proportionally, a 4" heel for size 7 was a bit much.

I love Zappos! They are the best at shipping. I always get my things within two days. I do not get service like that anywhere else unless you pay next day delivery. This place has the best online service. I tell all my friends if you need something fast but don't want to pay extra for shipping go to Zappos!

I really like the style of these shoes, but oh my goodness the pain! I barely managed five steps in these just walking around my closet and they almost gave me a blister across the back of the Achilles tendon, I could see it turning red. I have very slim ankles and the straps barely went around. These were really not meant to be for me.

These shoes were extremely narrow, and so not very comfortable. Also - the sole is too thin for the height of the heel. Sad, because they are very pretty!

They are super nice and make your feet look very small which is pretty awesome when you have big feet like I do (size 11). Unfortunately they are very uncomfortable and latest after an hour I have to change shoes although I am often wearing high heels. There is no support at all, which is typical for these type of shoes.

It's a really cute shoe, but the heel is super high and the wide ankle strap means it has to go low on the ankle to lay flat or it sits at an odd angle. Unfortunately, this one is going back.

These are beautiful shoes, but incredibly uncomfortable. I wore them to an evening event, and knowing I would be on my feet, I added heel pads and extra cushioning on the sole. It helped a bit, but my feet were throbbing at the end of the night. They look great and are very secure on the foot for such a minimalistic shoe. They run true to size.

I purchased these shoes for a wedding I was in this past weekend. I was nervous about the bride's choice of shoe because most reviews I read prior to purchase weren't very encouraging. I normally don't wear heels, and this height is unheard of for me! The strap around the ankle took sometime to get used to, but the most painful part was definitely the ball of my foot. I would definitely suggest some type of support insert! Otherwise, they look amazing. :)

Love the style, I wear high heels to work all the time so it isn't a question of height but rather no arch support at all, maybe it's me. I think these would have worked better with a little bit of a platform for support, in which case I probably would have kept them.
