I had high hopes for this suit for water aerobics but it doesn't work for me. The fabric is substantial and hugs without bunching or sagging but the suit is too short for my slightly long torso and there is NO support for my 34DD bust. The back straps are more comfortable than other suits I've tried. Both the navy and blue colors are deep and rich. Seems to be a great competition suit for more athletic build with shorter torso. Very nicely made, disappointed it doesn't work for me. I am not familiar with this brand so I don't know if others find the sizing inconsistent. I ordered this suit in 36 and 38 and a similar TYR style in 40. The 36 and 38 were indiscernible and the 40 fit was distinctly smaller and more flattering. Go figure!

The top quality materials are delightful. The racer back is exactly what I am looking for, to give me freedom of movement by getting straps off my shoulder blades. However, it's not built for tall ladies. I'm 5' 11" and even though I'd gone up one chest size, that wasn't sufficient to give me the length I needed. I wore it for about 30 minutes while looking at Zappos for another suit, and those top-quality, strong materials were trying to turn me into a hunchback. Additionally, the bust support is nonexistent. That might be fine if you're a firm young gal, but my older, post-baby-feeding bod needs actual support. Being smashed flat was uncomfortable. I will be sadly returning this suit and resuming my frustrating hunt for something that will work for me.

Not a long enough torso - am sending back.

Agree with other reviewers that sizing up is necessary. According to my measurements, I should have been fine in the 36" size, but it was uncomfortably tight in the shoulders and along the edges on the back. The 38" is still a bit snug but definitely more comfortable. Not overly large like I was worried about. I purchased this suit for swimming, and like it because it is modestly cut and also flattering. Have yet to do some swimming in it, but so far am happy with this purchase. Also have to say I love how easy it was to exchange this suit! I requested a different size and it was at my house the next day. All I had to do was drop the return off at UPS. Zappos rocks.

Overall, I think this would have been a great suit. The cut/coverage was what I was looking for. It kept everything nice and in place. I ended up returning it because it was a bit too snug (digging into the shoulders and feeling a little too compressed/held in place), and at the largest size available, I wasn't able to go a size up. Otherwise, the fabric felt great and was exactly what I was looking for.

Definitely order one size up. I had ordered an earlier model of the Maxfit suit two years ago in a 34, which fit great. This suit, however, runs one size small. (I could barely wriggle into it, in fact.) Otherwise, it is a good, solid suit with nice coverage.

This is a nice bathing suit for lap swimming, but I ordered my regular size (34B and waist 26/27), and it was so tight. It runs small! I may order up a size or two.

Way too low in the back for me.

Liked parts of this design but it didn't come together for me. The back is fun but if you have any kind of boob action going on, note that this has no shelf bra or cups. The fabric wasn't substantial enough on me to reign everything in. I liked the way the top of the Tyr Aqua Tank fit better. Of the two suits, the Aqua Tank felt like the sizing was a little more generous.

Fit was okay, found Speedos to fit my body a little better. Good and tight for swimming laps but just the wrong cut for me.

The quality of the suit is great -- my complaint is in regards to color. The "Royal" color looks periwinkle on the model, but when it arrived it was a royal blue, as the name implies. Will be sending back.
