I bought this bag strictly as an everyday bag that I can just toss over my shoulder and not have to worry about it. With that said, this bag is absolutely gorgeous, sturdy and light-weight at the same time. It is perfect for what I intend to use it for. I ordered the raspberry color and in person it is much richer/darker and more fuchsia than the pic on the site. It has five pockets total including the main compartment. Holds my Louis Vuitton full size wallet, shades, iPad Mini, smartphone and small bottle of water. The pockets inside hold my lip gloss, small mirror and keys. The bag also has some structure to it so it's not hard to find items inside. The bottom does not sag either even with all my stuff in it. It comes with two removable straps which is a huge plus. The longer strap is adjustable and can be worn as cross-body. I removed the longer strap as I prefer to use this as a shoulder bag. The shorter strap is long enough for me to wear comfortably on my shoulder. It has a drop of 8½" with all my stuff in it (I measured it). I am 5'5" with short torso and the bottom of the bag hits me at about waist level and the top has enough clearance that it does not end up under the armpit (which I hate). Easy to maintain and easy to clean. I love the recycled materials, too. All in all it is the perfect everyday bag for me.

Really great bag! Cute, nice size, with good pockets. My only reason for giving it 4 stars was that it should have a key fob.

In my opinion, this is the perfect purse! It is well made, super cute, has just the right amount of pockets, and is the right size to carry most everything important. I love the wide bottom, so I can easily see into the purse and get what I need without digging for it. I also like the way it can sit on a counter etc., without flopping over. Another plus is the choice of straps--short or long that easily snap on and off. The strap width is not an issue for me. I have had this purse for over a year and have washed it twice on the delicate cycle and it comes out looking brand new. I am getting ready to order a new one, not because it is wearing out, but because I want one in a different color!

This bag is the perfect size for me when I want to carry a lot around with me. I can comfortably carry my 35mm SLR camera and a couple of lenses in it along with my few necessities of billfold, brush, etc. on the occasions when I want to haul the camera along to family events or to the park, but want my purse too. I love the cross body feature and use it constantly, it's great, adjustable, comfortable. The quality of fabric and zippers is superb. I am so happy with that, because the purse feels and looks so well made. I expect to use it for many years. My only tiny criticism is that the top zipper closure does not cover the full length of the top opening. However, when the bag is carried, the sides are pulled up tight to the zipper, just by the weight of the bag. So I don't view it as a big issue, just a thing to know about the design of the purse. Overall, I'm so happy with this purse and would definitely buy another Haiku bag.

I love this bag so much that I bought the Stone Green and Aubergine colors. The stone green is an olive color, and Aubergine is a dark purple. They are both gorgeous. This bag holds a lot and is a perfect size. I use one of them every day!

This is a great bag. The short handle does not adjust but it fits me perfectly. The bag is large enough to fit everything I need.

This bag is lightweight and holds all my essentials. I put my keys in the front zip pocket. I really like the adjustability of the long strap, which goes from shoulder to crossbody, and the convenience of the shorter strap. The colorful contrast lining makes it easy to find items inside the bag. I got the blue color, which is exactly as pictured. My only complaint is that the material/fabric tends to attract dirt.

Love this bag. This was the 3rd I ordered. As a mom of 3, needed a bag that was big but not huge, stylish but not obnoxious. I did not want leather. This is perfect. The strap is not the most comfortable, but that is probably because of the amount of weight I shove in the bag. :)

Love this bag! The color is great and I get tons of compliments! Lots of pockets/zipper pockets for organization. Love that there are 2 straps - an adjustable cross body strap and a short one for over your arm. Only wish it was a tad bigger. Great durability!

Great purse! Each section is roomy without being bulky and is easy to get into. Zippers work easily. Strap is comfortable. My Haiku wallet fits inside the main compartment easily. I cannot find a fault with this purse!!!

Absolutely love it enough to move in! I bought this bag because I'm vegan. After being disappointed by some of the other non-leather bags I've bought, and feeling as if the fashion industry had a personal vendetta against vegans, my hopes were not that high, but when the bag came I was completely blown-away. The construction is absolutely flawless and the materials are sturdy without being rigid. The embroidery is high quality and tight with no loose threads that I could find. The strap is also nice and thick (like a seat belt) and hooks into a stylish metal hoop on each side which helps give the bag an expensive look. There are plenty of pockets and the center pocket is big enough so that you don't have to dump it out to find what you need. I also scraped the bag (accidentally) against a brick wall which resulted in no damage that I could see...something that a leather or pleather bag would not have handled so well. I think this company should start making shoes, jackets and clothes!

This bag is beautiful! I bought the black and love the subtle embroidery on the front. The size is just right, and the interior pockets are perfect. I love that you can change the strap from short to long when you want. If you're looking for a practical purse that's not huge but has plenty of storage, you won't be disappointed with this one.

I got this bag for Christmas, and absolutely love it. It's the perfect size to carry my everyday stuff, plus a small knitting project! I like having the option of a short strap or the cross-body one.

This is a great bag! It carries like a big bag with plenty of room for me to toss in my Ipad mini, notebook for teaching and the rest of the essentials. I can even add a water bottle and still carry everything with ease! Great purchase to add to my Haiku collection!

This is a great purse. I have a slip-in purse organizer and it fits well along with all the other odds and ends that need to be carried. It has good sturdy pockets inside and an outside pocket on each side. The color is very pretty and it is very light-weight. I like the contrasting, light colored lining that makes it easier to find what you are looking for. I am using the short strap but I keep the long strap inside in case I need to use it as a cross-body bag. The hardware is good and sturdy and the material is sturdy enough to stand up on its own.

Very cute little bag. Be aware it is more greenish than the photo shows. Still very cute. Holds a lot, however, keep in mind that it is called the "bucket bag". Yeah, it acts like one. If you have items, be aware that it "but sits." Sits nicely, but still it sits. Tucks well under the arm. I have not used the long strap. The little one suits fine. I can carry: 1 large wallet, 1 large Samsung Note 2 phone, a fairly nice mom kit (1 diaper, small wipes, medical misc.). Good short trip purse. Style wise, the contrasting interior is adorable, the colors really pop!

I'm always looking for a new purse. I like to carry a lot with me, but don't like large bags that get in the way. This bag has room for all of my things, is great-looking, and is eco-friendly. The search is on hold for now!

Pros and cons. The pros are that the bag is spacious, organized, and well made. I love that both straps are removable, which is not the case for many bags. The colors are as pictured. The cons are that it isn't very expensive looking and that the long strap really should be wider for comfort and quality. I thought that the design was embroidered, but one of the designs is a decal, much like one you'd see on a T-shirt. If I wasn't desperate for a handbag, I would return this, because it doesn't look as expensive as it is.

This purse was sent back because it was flawed. The bottom of the inner lining was attached in the wrong spot to the outer fabric such that the purse couldn't be straightened out. The 1 star rating for comfort is there only because there was no better option. Otherwise, the purse looked good.
