These would have worked except the piece of fabric between the toes is too wide. It cuts into the side of my toes. It is a shame because they are otherwise very comfortable.

Admittedly I didn't purchase these for any of those fancy modern workouts. I ride a bike and walk for my exercise, and I thought these would look cute (in their 'full form,' with ankle ties and flat) while I was out riding. I ordered a half-size up going by these reviews and I'm glad I did. However, the opening for my toe was so tight that within the first minute of trying them on, my big toe was purple from the circulation being cut off. I didn't even stand up in them; I was still fiddling with the left shoe trying to get the ankle tie on, but I couldn't take it anymore. After removing the inner shoe part from my right foot, my toe stayed purple and ached for about 20 seconds. Sadly, these will not work for me. They did look adorable (in the lime/grey combo) and felt flexible and good for riding. The other thing was that the size 8.5, which while fitting well, made my foot look enormous. I would still have kept them if it weren't for the toe problem.

I really wanted to like this product. They are very cute, but not necessary for my dance, yoga, barre, Pilates workouts. The outer slip on Shoe made my feet look big and wide! EEK! I prefer going barefoot, for Pilates I wear socks. For dance I use Nike Cross Fit is perfect. Hope this helps.

I wanted these to work so bad because they are so cute. In order to get outer shoe to fit I have to really upsize inner shoe. The fabric between he toes hurt too. :(

These fit a full size smaller than sized. I wear a 7.5 or 8, ordered an 8, and both the inner shoe (which you wear when working out) and the outer shoe were WAY too small. The part that goes in between your toes pulled so tightly that it made several of my toes go numb. The "wrap" portion provides no support at all, and the shoes come with no instructions regarding how to tie the strap, other than a label on the strap that says "ARCH" which I assume goes under your foot, but other than that, nothing. The straps are the reason I bought these, for extra support, and they're useless. Sending these back.

Nike should be ashamed by these. The outside shoe looks and fits terribly, and the laces are worthless. The colors of the separate parts do not even match. Boo. Complete letdown, Nike.

I bought these in black. I craved them & adored them, until I got them. Then I discovered they're awful. When you first open them, they're lovely - until you leave them on for more than 5 minutes. The overshoes are way undersized. The non-slip inner shoe slips a lot very quickly. They're just not ready for release - Shame on NIKE!!!
